So bad, the police were called after we left and an arrest was made. We did get our mower back without having any repair done even after being in his hands for two weeks. If your lawn mower is at that garage, you may want to get it back...and fast. We were told he was once reliable and trustworthy but not anymore! After witnessing what we did, I would never trust anything to Burns Lawn Mower Repair.

When I mentioned Amazon's pricing, I was quickly told that anything I found online wouldn't be a genuine Briggs & Stratton part--and would probably come from China. The only guarantee offered was that it would work when installed. If it didn't, I could return it. That's it. No extended warranty, no protection beyond the moment of installation. Meanwhile, Amazon offers at least a 30-day guarantee. Not ideal, but still better than nothing. Bottom line: Do your research before buying from here. Compare prices and warranty options. That starter might turn over your engine, but make sure it's not turning over your wallet too.

I purchased a new Husqvarna Chainsaw from MacMillan Outdoor Store, and have had nothing but issues…read morewith it. I read the owners manual, added the fuel that I purchased there, and chain oil. It started on the fifth or sixth pull, ran briefly and quit. Could not get it started. Took it back. Mr MacMillan stated it would be 50.00 for them to look at it. I said it is under warranty, I just bought it several days ago from you. His reply was "you'll have to contact Husqvarna as all warranty work has to be approved by them". I said thats not what the warranty says, it says I can bring it in to any dealer and have them repair or replace it. He says, not here, it'll be 50.00 plus parts. I walked out. Since he is the only Husqvarna dealer in the area, I guess the saw will be a wall hanger.....not going there again...
