When I was moved closer to her for another treatment, I asked her to leave because her coughing was spreading germs all over the place. She made a sarcastic remark. I immediately left, went to the front desk and canceled the rest of my 36 appointments. A business that lets sick employees amongst its customers, many elderly, should be avoided. Adding to this surgery were complications from Vertigo as well the right knee in the same shape as the pre surgery left knee was. My appts have been on time, positive mental attitudes from all staff members, along with just the most friendly professionals, and very knowledgable. Full knee replacements can take a lot of time, patience and work. Having such trained pros helping us to recover, heal and strengthen without overdoing it - makes all the difference!
