He was professional, courteous, and willing to assist me in resolving my concerns. Later, I called back and spoke with another attorney, who advised me that North Carolina does not have an implied law of quiet enjoyment for tenants. Wanting a second opinion, I called again and spoke with another representative. Unfortunately, my experience during that call was unacceptable. The representative was rude, raised her voice at me, and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. I informed her that I wished to end the call because of the way I was being treated. As a paying member, I expected to be treated with respect, regardless of the legal advice being provided. While I understand that attorneys may have different opinions, there is no excuse for speaking to a client disrespectfully. Based on this experience, I am seriously considering canceling my membership. My first experience with your firm has left me very disappointed, and I would not feel comfortable recommending your services to others unless client service improves.
