I cant tell you how many times I've messed up in my business (as I am one as well). I believe that what set you apart is what you do about it. Signature Limo has gone above and beyond for my mom and my dad for my moms birthday. They didn't have to do that. They could simply move on and forward without doing anything for us but they didn't.
