They suggested and I declined the post because I said no! But clearly they don't like it when someone doesn't agree with what they ask of you! Many of the guards have told me that Adam is the common reason they want to quit and never turn back! Someone from upper management needs to come down to the Tucson Grant location and consider getting rid of some and rehiring someone else to make sure all the guards are treated respectfully be understanding to the guards who have a life's outside of work and not just work!
