I have plantar fascitis, chronic arthritis and I can't run anymore. I quit jogging back in 2006 at age 40. I came to Roeschke Law in 2002 and I thought they were really going to do me right and they didn't do sh@#. They made me promises and tried building my head up. I was denied a 2nd and 3rd time through these idiots and the only 2 people there that ever gave a darn about me were my 1st attorney Brooke and my case manager Katie Sutter. They gave me this other pregnant-lip/frog face looking guy Preston for my new attorney and he was pathetic and weak. I asked him to appeal my denial from my recent January 15th hearing and he told me it's no use because the particular judge I had, wouldn't ever budge. His reasons for denial were bs because of 3 lies that were wrongfully written by doctors in my medical records. What an absolute mess. I went to Zanes Law after I was involved in a relatively basic rear end…read morecrash (no fault of my own) and it took this law firm over a year to settle the case. My assigned lawyer was Neil Poston. He initially seemed extremely concerned about my case, meeting with me, having me sign the documentation, contacting me for the first two weeks... then nothing. I would call Neil, rarely getting through to his phone, when I didnt, I would leave a message and never receive a call back. I resorted to emailing him, never received anything back. To put it blatantly, he was impossible to contact for any reason. The biggest issue was my settlement coordinator Dominic. He was assigned to my case and I received absolutely 0 communication out if him. I would leave multiple messages, have his coworkers leave him multiple reminders, again with no response. After close to 50 phone calls over the course of two months, I had to be told passively that he had been fired three months prior... utterly ridiculous. Doug Zane... man, I reached out to him to complain about the lack of communication and was blatantly ignored. The one positive to my experience was Adam, my second assigned settlement coordinator. For the week or so I spoke with him, he was on top of his game, and finished my case asap. The biggest disappointments of dealing with Zanes law were: 1. Communication 2. The law firm doesnt care about you 3. Length of time to pay out (mine taking 1 year and 1 month) 4. The amount of the payout (Zanes law took quite a bit more than I ended up receiving for the entire case [them taking 33%, me getting barely 28%.]) I received WAY more for a cash settlement in a previous case with a different law firm when I wasn't even the driver for the exact same type of rear end accident. 5. One of the chiros they suggested didnt even take a reduced settlement. Rating staff I dealt with: Neil Poston: 6/10 Dominic: 3/10 Adam Kwasman: 10/10 Doug Zane: 1/10 I regret hiring this firm after a year worth of work, it was a total fiasco. Do your research, there are better injury lawyers out there.
