Service requested was not completed. They played phone tag and I tried to call but they cut off me off with a text that said they were no longer interested in my case. I responded multiple times and left messages. Professionalism is not there. While you are placed on hold you have to listen to this phone service announcement that states they are not in it for the money? Rude, impatient and disrespectful and condescending to individuals with real needs and severe mental illness diagnosis. No value. What really needs to be addressed is that this firm spent less than an hour talking to me face to face about my medical records and their accuracy or my inabilities or their strategy. That's over a six year period of time approximately. They actually made things worse for me and my life. You can't trust these people in my opinion. They are lazy from my perspective.
