One advised they only work on units they've sold, and the other advised they were 2 to 3 weeks out. When we called Broadway, Tanner advised he had an opening 2 days out, which we scheduled. I had guests visiting the house at the time who were isolating due to the virus. Jessie the technician arrived at the time scheduled and was respectful and properly prepared for the situation. He provided a temporary fix to the refrigerator and stated exactly what steps he was taking, and parts he was ordering for the repair. The parts came in one day earlier than he estimated, which in turn Jessie made the repair one day earlier than he initially indicated. Jessie was quick, neat, well mannered and knowledgeable. We wholeheartedly recommend Broadway Appliance.

The managers of this Home Depot need to make sure that whoever is working on the Christmas trees know how to use a chainsaw and power tools. The worker tonight was struggling to trim the bottom because he did not have the tree secure. He also did this without safety glasses. When he moved to drilling the hole in the bottom, he only drilled a half inch and then handed me the tree because the battery died. I asked him if he could get another because I needed that to put my tree up. He said no, they only had the one battery... at Home Depot. I drilled the rest at home. I am glad Home Depot had trees available but would almost of preferred a fake one after having to mess with the drilling at home.

I ordered a door which came in wrong and had a tough time getting the issue resolved. I since moved out of state and was almost ripped off 10k by sending a water sample to a place that the home depot associated with. I literally just called and closed my HOME Depot card today. It is very unfortunate that you have to drive to Effingham, Terre Haute or Champaign to have other options. BUYER BEWARE! It was just posted HOME Depot today eliminated 800 jobs. I called back later and talked to a man, and he said the same thing, and stressed that he was just trying to save me the cost of a service call when it was OBVIOUS that I needed a new dishwasher. I asked him if the supply line could be clogged and cause the problem, but he said that would not keep the dishwasher from running. I had a plumber come out for something else, and he found a TON of sediment in the water supply line. I bought a new supply line, he installed it and the dishwasher is now getting enough water to properly run. These guys don't want to repair your appliance, they just want to sell you a new one. No thanks!

I also purchased my countertop through them and then fast forward about a year. I had a fire in my home and had to have my bathroom redone. I liked the idea of having matching cabinets in my bathroom. I additionally ordered cabinetry for my laundry room. After the cabinets came in my contractor noticed the doors were not the same as the kitchen and that the order was wrong. Becky who designs cabinets from there admitted that she had made a mistake (oh f---) were her words and ordered quarter overlay instead of full overlay doors. Since it was their fault they made it right at their cost.My kitchen cabinets have smoke damage and need replaced. Kull Lumber has "chosen" not to work with me and refuses to order my cabinets. So my business is not good enough now. Why? Because they made a mistake. The cabinets that I want are the ones I have. They initially gave me a quote to replace them and then decided not to order them. I highly recommend you go to another company for your Custom made cabinets. Mike would not even own up to making the mistake who talked to him. He chooses not to do business with me. Becky made an error that cost their company thousands of dollars. I didn't make that mistake. It's sick how they do business. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Go To another company. And I might add that they refuse to allow me to order from a different representative in the area. If they don't want to work with me that's fine but they are trying to blackball me from getting my cabinets replaced. Mike said he wasn't but that's exactly what he is doing. They were in and out within half a day. When I called later with a small problem they returned in less than 15 minutes (about the time it takes to drive from their place to my home, so they must have left immediately) and had everything back up and running within just a few minutes. The guys were all very courteous and patient with my numerous questions, gave me reassurances, and seemed very knowledgeable about the system. It's been over a week, and I am loving the new system! Thank you! Also, their driving was FINE!

Landlord gave them keys to both apartments, but there are two central air units, two seperate doors (one upstairs in back one downstairs in front), two separate mailboxes. All it took was a little accountability and an apology.... Wild way to talk for a business owner. Came out of the bathroom to a tech in my living room (my door was locked before entering the bathroom) when asked if he can be helped he points and says the neighbor upstairs has no A/C and the filter needs replaced. Then walks out and locks the door.... Okay but if you knew it was an issue for upstairs, why are you downstairs.... When the tech themselves said it was an upstairs issue.... With its own central air unit.... Call them to confront, met Amy who told me they just won't come work on our system, fine I never called you anyway.... And that she hoped me and my family dies from no A/C. Don't support this business, they will enter without permission into your homes, and wish death upon your kids.
