When I drove back across town to the shop to ask them to exchange it the man there was very rude and said nothing he can do. He said you have to try them before you leave the store. The woman who sold me the disposable vape did not ask me to try them (I purchased 2 but only one had a dead battery) before I left the store. The guy who works Thursdays is phenomenal, very insightful and professional. I don't like to write negative reviews at all but the other girls who are there cannot explain certain products to me at all and are very rude and pushy for me to leave when I am looking at products and asking about stuff in the shop. One time the girl tried to double charge me! The rudeness from them is incredibly off putting from even stepping foot into the door. On another occasion, she just stopped answering my questions about a problem I was having with a product, rolled her eyes and called the guy over who works on the vape side to help me since she didn't know what she was talking about! Luckily the guys here are polite and answer all of my questions and be of professional help, the ladies here are disgustingly rude. I would never hire them for my business.
