From what I can tell, their recommendation was mostly based on the word vape being in the name since all three did but they were vastly different. The first place that I went to had a decent selection but the staff had no idea what they were talking about. Examples... Do you have kanthol wire? "What?" What resistance is the coil in this tank? "Huh? Resistance?" I get that the staff can't know everything but these guys had never even heard of these things and when I asked in general about a couple of the mods on display their responses were filled with guesses and in some cases, outright made up information. The second place did in fact have vape in the name but frankly it was a bodega. I'm not vaping anything displayed next to erection pills and mountain dew. I finally got around to this store and didn't have much hope left but I was pleasantly surprised. It was well organized, when I asked about resistance & sub-ohm vaping the clerk knew exactly what I was talking about, plus they had a tank that I've been looking for but not able to get back home. I left with a new atlantis tank, a 30 watt istick, and some of their house juice (which they had tons of samples of). I will definitely be back next time that I'm in town.

What kind of store owner keeps an employee with no personality and no customer service skills in a customer service job. Coopers had been my sole location to go for about 14 years. I will never give that abomination my business again. I keep trying to buy a vape battery. I had purchased 3 there and at most they only last a cartridge or two. I've tried different kinds. They keep dying so I ordered something they didn't have online. Their in store selection is really poor and what was recommended as their best product looked like a cheap happy meal toy and would break if you dropped it. I decided to just buy the cheapest option at $12. It stopped holding a charge in less than 24 hours. I retuned to the store and the sales girl admitted they were a bad product and tried to claim it was my fault for buying a $12 vape. I expected it to at least last a week till my order came in the mail, it didn't last 24 hrs. If they know it's a faulty product they should stop selling it and not blame me for buying it. They tried to do an exchange but with each experience at Coopers being very poor I don't want to support that store anymore. I will support stores that don't knowingly sell faulty products and don't hire rude staff.

The store atmosphere is very welcoming and Joe and Deb are very easy to make conversation with. On top of exceptional customer service you'll also be able to find a wide range of different vapes and juices.
