I don't even think this company deserves one star. I called on a Saturday to get a ride to the…read morerepair shop to get my car. The dispatcher said, "I'll have one of my drivers call you right away." He then immediately hung up on me. Even if he had my phone number from the caller ID, he still hung up without asking where I lived or wanted to go. A few minutes later I called back and got an elderly woman who was quite nasty. She said, "If he said someone will call you, then someone will call you." Then she hung up as well. By that time I had determined there was no way I'd use this company. I called another company. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. Needless to say, Waldorf Cab never called back like they said they would. For them to still be in business, they must treat other customers much better than they treated me.
