Most recently, CVS made a HUGE mistake with my sons medicines. There was an order for a medicine increase, but when i called several times, i was told the doctor never sent an order over. I watched my sons doctor personally send an order over via email as well as talk to someone. the doctor assured me that my 45 minute drive home would give CVS enough time to get the order filled. However that was not the case. When i got there, i was informed that there was no order and that i would have to call the doctor. I did, right in the drive through, only for them to close their window on me, and it was not even closing time. I got mad and i left. I called the insurance company the next morning, to see if they could help with this mater. took an hour but I was informed by the insurance company, there had been an order for the medicine as well as an increase from the month prior, that had been sittin in the voice mail, unchecked, as well as their email, also unchecked. this is a big mistake as for the lack of medicine that my son need to have, my son went through a manic spell. Now CVS is still filling automatic refills, after i was informed they would stop. They have medicine my son needs, to prevent him from going manic, and refuse to give me what there is, because i have switched and told me the docotr just called it in the night before. I know this to be untrue, due to i just updated records with the doctor 3 days in a row just to make sure this would not happen. CVS is by for the worst, most incompentent pharmacy and the entire staff as well. Blaming a customer for their lack of accountability, and their lack of concern. I am glad i switched pharmacies and will NEVER return, not even for a quick stop. Worst customer service from the Pharmacy, and the store.

I love this location of Meijer. It's really easy to access, and every time I go, it's clean,…read moreorganized, and super spacious, nothing ever feels too crowded or overwhelming. Right when you walk in, they usually have a plant section that's always well maintained and fun to browse. They also sometimes have a rotating dollar section at the entrance where you can find some really great deals. I'm always surprised by how good their book selection is. They carry so many bestsellers, coloring books, and just a wide range of options that you don't usually expect from a store like this. Their grocery section is also really great. I especially love their frozen section because they have a lot of vegetarian options and some unique items you can't always find at other stores. Their produce is consistently fresh, and they also have a great alcohol section with a wide variety of wines and other options. One of my favorite things is the random clearance areas scattered throughout the store. I've found everything from discounted wine to fun miscellaneous items. There's also a great selection of pantry staples and shelf items, with more variety than you'd expect, so you can usually find something a little different at a good price. Their clothing section is another highlight, with really good prices on both basics and name brand items. They also carry local sports apparel for cheap, like Cincinnati Reds gear, which is a nice touch. The home goods section can be a little hit or miss style-wise, but the prices are great, and I've found some really good kitchen items there. They also have a large seasonal section that rotates throughout the year with outdoor decor, sports equipment in the summer, and holiday decorations in the winter. Overall, this is one of those stores where you can go for just about anything. They even have a small craft section, which I do wish was a bit bigger, but it's still a nice bonus. This store is huge.. lots of space which is nice because when it's busy, there enough room for everyone without having to squeeze through the isles. It's quite clean as well which is nice. Although this grocery store is more expensive than an Aldi or Walmart - they have better quality items. I buy my fruit produce here occasionally and they're always good. They have great sales on blueberries in the summer and they're sweet. Lastly I like that if you sign up for their perks - you accumulate points in which you can use in the store. I've saved a couple of dollars with my points and received some free stuff too!

I've been here many times over the past few years, and I am glad to say that I really like Walgreen's (and this particular location) as my pharmacy! I am able to drop my prescription off during convenient hours (later evening hours which is great for after work) and the staff has been nothing but nice to me every time I've gone in. I have received great service whether I go in the building or zip through the drive through window to drop off/pick up my prescriptions. I recently stopped in at the Take Care Clinic for a sudden sinus infection that began affecting me out of the blue one day. I had never gone to one before, but my boyfriend had suggested it so I was pleased to find this location had one available. I popped in and only had to wait around 10-15 minutes after signing in before I was seen! I'd been warned it might be a long wait, so getting such prompt service was great. They accept most health insurances, so that was a plus, and the nurse practitioner who saw me was very kind. She listened to my issues and took some time to be sure it was indeed a sinus infection and then handed me a prescription. The nice part is the pharmacy is right there, so you don't have to take additional time to get the prescription in if you have one. I was in and out in around an hour (getting my prescription included!) and when I left I was ready to battle the sinus infection. I was VERY pleased and would definitely return!

Monday, 1:40pm, January 19, 2026, pharmacy is closed. There is a "pharmacy hours" sign that says…read morethey are open from 7:00am-10:00pm. Last I checked, 1:40pm falls during these posted hours. I keep getting texts(before and since I went in) from CVS that my Rxs are ready. GREAT!!! HOW CAN I PICK THEM UP??!! There was just a huge gate closed over the entire pharmacy area in the store. Seriously, I just wanted to thank CVS for wasting my time. I took time out of my ONE day off this week to go get my meds, and nothing. So, thanks for nothing, on top of wasting my day off. Almost forgot: this is not the first or second time I've gone here to find the pharmacy closed. Post better hours, jerks.
