I paid for same day delivery. And now they ask if I want it delivered? This isn't the first time this has happened & I'm pretty over the incompetence it their staff! No apology, concern, nothing just do you still want it delivered? I asked if it could still be delivered today & she said yes. There were a couple other issues but it is supposed to be delivered today. We will see. They used to have free 2-3 day delivery. Now there's a $3.99 delivery fee for it and a $5.99 same day fee for terrible service & totally worse customer service. This isn't going to happen again. I've had it! I have them 1 star because they didn't have a lower rating. just so youre aware!

The clerk was emphatic that without my actual driver's license she would not sell me the wine, "corporate policy". I offered to show her both a photo of my driver's license AND my US passport. She refused both and again stated it's "corporate policy". Had not a lady behind me offered to use her driver's license I would not have been sold the wine.
