This has to be one of the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. It was so crowded tonight and there was only one guy working the register. The guy running the register did not know how to do math. My items kept ringing up incorrectly. It's the only Walgreens near me. I wish I could find another one. Customer Service is so bad here. They never seem to have anything in stock. Coupons, even after you clip them don't appear when you are at checkout. And they have no willingness to help you. Zero. The store is dirty. So bad. read more

As a true millennial, I really appreciate stores that still offer 24 hour availability. The Walgreens on Princeton lakes has been my convenient store/pharmacy of choice for years now so I was already aware of their quality of service, but I was reminded at how much I appreciate them on this most recent visit. I ran out of cough medicine recently and needed some last minute, thank goodness for this Walgreens! Not only were they open, they were fully stocked and staffed. I can see why there are so many bad reviews. My daughter and I pulled up to the drive through at about 8:30 pm. There was one car in front of us and it took awhile. We got to the window at 8:40. There was a female tech that walked by the window and looked right at us. It looked as though she was putting away prescriptions. The next time we saw her she had two bags of garbage and then we saw her leave the pharmacy area. Again, she SAW us and choose to take out the garbage instead. There was a pharmacist and another tech helping the pharmacist. They both saw us at the window and then, yet again choose to ignore us. We just pulled away at 8:46 pm. Terrible customer service from a pharmacy that's sole purpose is to fill prescriptions for their clients. Unbelievable. We will be finding another pharmacy. read more

This is my neighborhood Walgreens. This location is open 24/7, including holidays which is why I love it. There is a young lady at this location that is typically there in the afternoons, that I absolutely love (forgive me for not remembering her name as I type this review) She is friendly and personable and speaks to me each time I come in the store. Let's face it, there is nothing spectacular about going to Walgreens, however, the customer service displayed constantly by this young lady makes it that much better! read more

Still a gem to the community. Ever since I heard there is a buy-out in place for Walgreen`s to take over the Rite Aid store, I`ve been an even bigger fan. I got turned down for a job at Rite Aid and the way they handled the process made me less of a Rite Aid fan than I was previously, so the fact that my favorite drug store is buying out my least favorite, sits very well with me. 24 hour drive thru prescription and now they offer Balance Rewards, and its better than almost any `points`base system out here. Almost everytime I go in they are telling me I have $5 or $3 or $2 to use towards my purchase. read more

Too often the customer service at the pharmacy is lacking. My last episode consisted of dropping off a presentation with the assurance it would be ready by 6. I give them an extra hour to find out not only os it not ready, BUT OUT OF STOCK. This location is located in the Camp Creek Marketplace area. Closer to the LA Fitness and Publix I believe. I am concerned when I come to this location after finding items in Acworth or Douglasville at a more expensive price. It seems that in the areas where African American women shop that you would see the items cheaper because you know that they will sell. But I come hear looking for Natural Hair Care products and they are some time $2 more than at home or in Douglasville. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS AT ALL! I also had a question for the manager about a couple of items in the store and he could not tell me if they carried them or not. I said "Well your ass better be happy that I am not from your Corporate office asking that question because you should know what is in your store or have a general idea about it." If you're in need of something fast then you can bet on waiting at this Walgreens. Although patience is a virtue there is always a long line at checkout and the pharmacy (I've only been once) took a while to acknowledge me. They caught me on a sick day and when I provided my prescription details, one of the techs challenged me and suggested that they were incorrect. To her surprise, when she entered them into the system and picked up and called my provider she realized she was wrong. Needless to say I only run into this location when I truly need something. Thank goodness for CVS because they provide better information and are always interested in helping me to find something. read more

This is the worst Pharmacy I've ever been to In My Life. The pharmacist Brittany is disrespectful rude and she's a supervisor always and constantly making excuses for the staff. They mess up your medication and will lie on you. I will never ever have any of my prescriptions with Walgreens again in my life. Their district manager is a good guy he replaced a woman who was there before. But he can't make these grown people act right. They are rude disrespectful and sloppy. The pharmacy in this store has to be the worst ever...in history. I've never been to a slower or more poorly run pharmacy. The automated system calls to say your prescription is ready for pickup but when you arrive...it's not ready. This has happened to me at least 4 times. This store has literally been the worst customer service store I have ever dealt with. For the past four years I have written, emailed and called this store to resolve issues I have every month with filling my prescriptions. Unfortunately I have never gotten a response from any one. I get these form letter responses that are usually very generic and are probably generated by some ghost computer. I have followed up repeatedly and always get the same answer. Sadly all of these medications I need to stay alive. I have 14 scripts with Walgreens and usually make about 16 trips a month to pick them all up. Sometimes I even have to go to different stores. I get the scripts written every year for the same amount on the same day and fill them all at the same time. By March or April they are all seperated and filled on different days. I have been promised if I do a certain task that it will solve the issue and they will all be filled every month on the same day. This has never become a reality. I have spoken to Tela H., D. Pritchard, R. Young, Y. Chang, K. Bargas. G. McMurray, John, Cheryl, Melissa, Bre, none of which have ever been of any assistance until today. Funny how mentioning a Lawyer elevates something that should have never gotten to this level in the first place. I work for a company that requires employees with chronic conditions to go thru mail order Rx. I, having Diabetes, cannot go thru mail order because my medication is temperature sensitive and cannot sit out in a hot car port for a couple days while I am away on business. Therefore I am required to appeal the mail order and chose a pharmacy to use instead. I unfortunately chose Walgreens. In order to change pharmacy's I am required to go thru the appeal process all over again. Here is my major complaint. No one should have to go thru the hassles and heartache to simple get the medications they need to stay alive. I every month feel like I am living a reckless endangerment case. I paid Walgreens last year $52,876.84 and have received nothing but heartache, disrespect and inconvenience. This country has become such a selfish for profit world that these large companies have absolutely no compassion. As long as you are giving them your money they could care less. What is the worst thing that could happen? You take your business else where? What is 52 thousand dollars to them. Probably chump change when you think of all the people they have depending on them, that don't have any other choice. They get there money regardless of what it cost you. In closing I am hoping that social media will bring this to the forefront. That these large companies taking advantage of the little guy get held accountable. I am in search of a way to make this issue a headline and welcome any suggestions. read more

One of the nicer store locations to visit...I'm surprised about the previous reviews because when I visited the store it was clean (store was full of customers) and the young lady in front greeted me as I walked in. Went to the pharmacy and noticed it was busy yet the staff was all working to fulfill the demand so I really didn't mind the wait. Dr. Macon was a true gem and explained the pros and cons of my prescription (I was truly grateful for her insight and patience with my 21 questions). Had a bad experience trying to do some prints so i came to this Walgreens. There was a nice and delightful young lady by the name of Tia. She was super helpful and awfully nice. Worst Walgreens ever!!! They are understaffed to handle the volume that they receive. As a result, the lines at always long at both the pharmacy counter and the front counters. I love a 24 hour drug store but I love walgreens the most cause they have tons of stuff and it's pretty cheap. This particular store also has a decent wine selection when you're desperate. This place is horrible! Don't go here to fill perscriptions, go to publix. They are too busy and can't handle the amount of volume that comes in. Therefore service is horrible. There is so much I can say on the bad service I received from them on several ocassions and what I see when im in there for something other than perscriptions, but it's not worth my time. This is the worst pharmacy ever. It's too busy and understaffed with unprofessional people. I have given them chance after chance but this is the last time I will ever do business with them. I have never, I repeat NEVER had a smooth transaction with getting my medication or my child's meds. Still the worst pharmacy/store on this side of town! I went in this morning to pick up a few items, I was not greeted by the rude cashier so instead I asked "how are you?", she paused and looked at me as if I were speaking a different language. After quickly snatching my items up and throwing them in a bag, I finally got a glimpse of her name tag (which was below her waist), it read (Nageje or Najege). She mumbled my total which I didn't hear so I read the screen, never asked for my Walgreen's card, snatched my money out of my hand, then finally shoved my change and receipt to me. I left feeling insulted and humiliated and actually sat in my car contemplating if I should return those items and try a different store. The staff is very nice and helpful. I came to the healthcare clinic and was seen in a timely manner. Also the Nurse practitioner is very nice and knowledgeable. I have visited this location twice and the outside and inside was clean. The cashiers have been pleasant.

The store is fine and they keep it nice and clean ,however, go somewhere else if you are sick. The minute clinic is a joke. They have you make an appointment but there is really no rhyme or reason. You are liable to wait for hours even with an appointment. My 3:30 appointment was skipped over by a walk in. Then the African "fake doctor" told me I would have to wait for all of the other people that had appointments to be seen and then she would see me. Needless to say I was not about to sit there one minute longer!!!! Please go to a real doctor's office if you are sick and stick to toilet paper etc. at Walgreens!!!!!!! read more

I lived i n the area previously and gave since moved. I left a prescription, which had 2 refills. I called to get the other one filled and was on hold 10 minutes, after providing my information. I was put on hold for another 5 minutes and was told I had not ever had a prescription filled, at this location. I was stunned...i responded that was absolutely untrue and he actually argued with me, prior to hanging up on me. I called back for the Manager and was put on hold again. I had my prescriptions filled at Walgreens before and got excellent customer service in a timely manner, however this location is the worst I've EVER encountered in my life! I called earlier about my prescriptions being sent over and the price and the clerk or whoever was extremely rude!
