This Walgreens is horrible. Not only is the place really dirty but the staff is also very rude. We walked in to get a passport photo. All of the employees from the store were sitting down doing nothing at the photo section. We stood there while one employee spoke to a customer in front of us, but the other 3 employees just sat there chatting to each other ignoring the customers waiting. After the guest in front of us walked away we asked if we could get a passport photo. She literally said, ' Last I heard the camera was broken.'. Didn't offer to check or anything. So we said, okay, so we cannot get a passport photo today? the her response was 'Some people might have the magic touch but I some don't'. Thanks for not ever trying to remotely do your job or see if the camera was actually working. We just walked away and went on to another Walgreens location. read more

Worst Walgreens ever. I usually avoid this store but today I figured it was close and I was just running in and running out. Well, that didn't happen. The male cashier was the slowest person I've ever seen counting money. I walked to the photo area where the manager had that cashier check me out in about 1 minute all the while the main cashier was still trying to do the transaction with the guy that was there when I walked into the store. These people they hire have no clue about "customer service" or how to do anything unless the computer/register tells them to. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU HAVE IMPORTANT PRESCRIPTIONS!!! I've had my prescriptions with this pharmacy for over 2 years and always enjoyed this location, but the past few months / weeks have been the worst experiences of any Walgreens I've ever been to. I've waited almost 2 weeks to get my prescriptions because every time I call to check on the status it's said "still processing call back in an hour", when I go to the drive through it's wrapped around the building (I assume from the countless other people I've interacted with who have the same issues), I go in and the pharmacy is closed during normal business hours on multiple occasions. No matter what time I've gone I can't get my prescription or even find a pharmacist to talk to and when I tried calling I'm always on hold endlessly as in they've literally NEVER picked up. I don't know what's going on but if you can't fill prescriptions maybe the pharmacy shouldn't be open or taking prescriptions to fill because I shouldn't be forced to have withdrawals from me medications because my prescription is being held hostage and never filled. I couldn't even get it switched to a different pharmacy because I couldn't talk to anyone, I had to go through my medical provider to have them take the prescription elsewhere. If there was a way to do a negative score, I would. I can understand drugs not being available, but answers vary from store to store and the pharmacy managers are flat out rude. No empathy, no solutions and they only offer solutions if you really push. I tried to request a call from a district manager and they told me 2 days - it's been weeks. The pharmacy has only gotten worse. The app told me I had to call about my prescription, and I was on hold for almost two hours before the call was disconnected. I was out of medication so I had to go in, and it wasn't very busy but I could hear that phone ringing and no one answering it. The entire 35 minutes I was there, no one was even phased by the ringing. It's probably just white noise to them now. It's like they don't understand that's a person on the other side of the line trying to get information about something that possibly keeps them alive. If it's a nuisance, maybe you need another job. I think it's more likely they need to hire people. And maybe nice people. And if you can't find good people, pay more. The pharmacy is providing an important service, they should be paid as such. I went in over the summer and the very rude girl told me their machines were down and I had to pay cash. I came back with cash and she said, We can't break $100. No empathy, no help, no options. I walked into Walgreens pharmacy yesterday there was a young black lady with a hoodie on and AirPods in her ear as I walked in I said hello she stared at me all crazy then I repeated myself I said hello and she continue to ignore me so as I got to the register I asked her if she was having a bad day and she says she doesn't like to greet people I said well maybe you need a different job she continue to ignore me so I asked for her manager his name was Carlos he also was kind of ignorant and rude I told him the situation he just stared at her and kinda laughed it off so unappropriate unprofessional at this location I will be taking this up to higher management.. further update! Murphy's Law you give someone a second chance and they screw you again but this time a dtfferent way! Meet Paul, the brand new JACKHOLE pharmacy manager! He's so efficient that he'll make you come back and forth 3 times without getting your prescription and his underlings will further misinform you about your benefits. The third time I came back after they made me wait for nothing the first time and failed to call me when the order was ready after that, (it's a simple inhaler for crying out loud) he proceeded to tell me he could not or would not look up any details on the history of what happened, didn't apologize for the wrong info or previous wasted trips and further just kind of glared down at me in the drive thru telling me if anyone came in behind me before we were done I would have to go around, lose my place in line and start all over again! I proceeded to take my prescription right to another close by and MUCH FRIENDLIER Walgreens store and Pharmacy manager. Here's a tip for you Paul: don't act superior to customers you have already neglected or inconvenienced. Try being a human being, and a REAL manager and taking ownership. So WHY do you ask is this update going up a star and not down to 1 star? Because I called to corporate and got a friendly rep named Tracy who listened completely and was totally friendly and apologetic to me and sure enough 2 days later new store manager Peter Stur called me back, and profusely apologized, saying this would not happen again. I feel it's only fair to mention that and give walgreens credit. I hope he was honest and Paul learns from this. Update: I am revising my rating to 3 stars and will give them another chance. Today I went in there looking for an item I have seen and purchased there repeatedly before, Wellpatch Migraine pads, as I get really bad headaches and these help so much. I go in there and see other WellPatch items, but not the migraine pads. Nor do they carry any other brand of cooling migraine or headache pads. So I look around and find this Indian guy "Khan" who has a manager name tag, so I bring him over, and show him the shelf area and ask him to research or look up for me to find if they carry this on a regular basis. Then the snot says well, if you don't see it I can't help you. Now I have SEVERAL problems with this. First of all, what you see on the shelf at any given time doesn't necessarily reflect whether something is generally carried to begin with. He should easily be able to go look that up on his computer, which he didn't want to do obviously, because that would require WORK. So I bring up that there are other items in the same brand name and I have purchased it there before so can he double check and he says NO. No reason why, just no. He doesn't seem to understand or care that it's not just that that brand isn't availalbe, THAT TYPE OF ITEM is not available at all at that store. As far as customers being satisfied there, that should be a bigger problem as far as he is concerned. He says I will have to talk to corporate, it isn't his decision. So I say, oh you are the manager of the store, but you have no knowledge or control over your own inventory? Nope. So I ask him to write down the name and the number of the correct contact at corporate. He glares and me and doesn't want to, but walks off and makes me wait 10 minutes to hand it to me. So, it's not like it matters to him I have other purchases in my hand, that I am in pain and have driven all the way to his store. He couldn't care less. I AM SO TIRED of "MANAGERS" refusing to do their job and help customers. Why does some a-hole like this have a job, and a lot of decent hard working people are out of work or getting laid off?! The CORRECT thing to do is to offer to research that for the customer, get their phone number, thank them for the inquiry, then do some actual WORK FOR them, not make them do the work and SHOW THEM you appreciate their business. DUH! And further, would you inventory aholes start noting down when customers actually come to the store and ask about an item and then order accordingly, instead of just whatever you feel like? Awful experience. Wrong information about Covid vaccines and boosters - they are No Cost to the customer. A "self pay" amount should not be calculated. The computer program should have accurate information re: verifiable vaccination history. Not acceptable to suggest that other providers (Medical Center of Aurora and Tri-County Health, no less) did not accurately report vaccinations when I have State verification from My Gov that was shown along with my vax card. Awful customer service. A CO Dept. of Public Health and Environment, who confirmed that the information I received was wrong, recommended that I submit a report to the State re: vaccination concerns. I will do so, and will never return to this location. And good luck ever getting someone to answer the phone. You'll be on hold for a long time and don't be surprised if the call is then conveniently dropped. Took my prescription in that I had gotten from ER, the computers for my insurance were down....cost of prescription $500 without insurance....told them to call me as soon as computers were back up.....called them next day at 10:30 am and yes, my prescription was ready, would cost $28. If I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars, I would. The pharmacy manager David is one of the most rude and dismissive people I've ever came in contact with. I myself am a healthcare professional, and I am appalled with the way this man speaks to his patients. There has been multiple times where he would leave my patient and myself on hold for 20+ minutes knowing that my patient truly needed her medications. I personally have seen one of the pharmacy techs sitting on their phone hiding in one of the isles behind the desk while there are plenty of meds to be filled and people to be helped in the drive through. I've been coming to this location for years and nothing has improved. There are one or two good pharmacy techs at this location, the rest of them, and the manager himself should take notes from the few people who actually know how to do their job there. read more
