The entire staff were helpful unjudgemental warm and caring. DR. Roland was so kind and hid nurse was absolutely wonderful. I am so pleased I choose to go here . The only time the Dremel came out was to file down the nail bed once and I wondered why she didn't treat the nail and nail bed with the chemicals that help keep the nails in place. I typically am not one to complain and regret I didn't say anything at the time. My recommendation is to pay attention to what's being done as I was paying more attention to the friend talking that came with me.

Dr Barry was the plastic surgeon assigned to fix my left index finger after an industrial accident…read more My finger was very mangled and frankly disgusting. Dr Barry was very kind and explained to me all my options as plainly as possible and explained what the pros and cons were for each. We decided on a basic out patient surgery. I must admit that i was sure that my finger would ever look like a finger again. 3 months after the surgery and my finger looks amazing. If you look at the bottom of my finger it looks at though i just have a shorter finger. My family is amazed at how good my finger looks. Dr Barry is a god send. I cannot praise him enough.

Since Tondue paid for my Google review to be deleted & blocked me on Facebook, Yelp here we are!…read more My experience with Roxanne as an injector was terrible to say the least. Roxanne is incredibly unpleasant, unprofessional. After following all the proper aftercare of lip filler, I had concerns about migration so I called and the receptionist answers. After Roxanne overheard the word migration, the phone was quickly in Roxanne's hands, who without seeing what my lips looked like, stated that there was no way there was migration, her product doesn't migrate (filler that doesn't have the potential to migrate doesn't exist), and that it was going to be 100$ to consult with me. Instead, I book an appointment for more filler (bc hey, it's free ;)) & then said I wanted to dissolve. For an hour Roxanne talked at me, and ended on the note that she won't dissolve without a written doctors note that I'm working on my health condition that she blamed for the migration occurring (even though she still wouldn't admit it might be migration- i've had SEVERAL injectors confirm that it is 100% migration). This health condition she knew of before filling my lips (but didn't need a doctors note before she was going to make 700 dollars off of filling them, convenient). I've had filler migrate before and every place will dissolve for free, they often are the ones that will point out the bit of migration. Roxanne just has too big of an ego to admit that whether her technique or the inevitablility of my lips being prone to migration occurred. A big unwavering ego is not a characteristic you want in someone who is altering your physical appearance. I'm not a Karen, i'm a 24 yr old of the generation of people pleasing. So unless you are very well educated in this stuff, know how to advocate for yourself, & want to potentially argue for your right to dislike something, I'd go somewhere else. I posted this originally on Facebook & I had MANY people respond to me with similar stories of her botching their lip filler and blaming it on the patient.

They were voted Greatest of the Great Lakes Bay for Botox and skin care in their Bay City office. Rochester is lucky to be home for their second spa!
