Extremely last minute I drove to Mega Beauty Supply - I made sure to get there early in case they didn't have what I needed. I'm so happy my misfortune lead me in this direction. I don't have a favorite hair store in Fredericksburg but now I do! The store was extremely clean & organized. I would have given 5/5 stars but 1) they have a no refund policy and 2) they didn't have enough of the hair color I wanted. But the owner was so friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back! Well it did say no refunds at the very bottom (small font) which was NOT in clear sight and they know it's not which is why they get away with nonsense like this. It was useless to try and get my point across. They ended up giving me store credit, but I was not interested in anything else from the store because of my experience. I have no interest or intentions of ever going back, and I suggest you go to the supply store next to the Giant grocery store instead (cheaper prices).
