I arrive in the drive through at 1:25 pm & they made me wait until 2 oclock even after I explained that I drove from out of town to get this prescription and that online these hours are not posted. I am a pretty understanding person but I hated the way they spoke to me. Horrible interactions with all staff on the shift but do yourself a favor and avoid Isabell! She had to have the worst customer service ive had at Walmart . & that's saying a lot. I won't be back. & I'll be sure to let all my friends and family know not to go there either. Placed an order for delivery because I'm ill and unable to get to the store. It was placed early…read morethis morning and suppose to be delivered between 4 and 5. It is now after 7pm and no word on when or if it will arrive. It is abundantly clear that customer service is not important to this store/store manager. I doubt they're even going to make an effort to deliver my items.
