I was there for 4 hours and left unhappy. I complained the next day and was contacted by the owner and was essentially told since I didn't complain at the time I must've been happy with it. 1. I was tired of being there and 2. They were closing. I did go back in and they fixed it and it was decent but still in the end not my original inspo. And twice with two different stylist there I've received a crooked haircut.
