After waiting several minutes one of the pharm techs told us the insurance card was not going through even though we had just used it at the oral surgeon's office. He explain that it may have worked there but it was not going through with the pharmacy. We took the prescriptions back and went to McKay's. Dr. McKay explained that if we had that problem at CVS it will be the same problem on his computer, which it was. However, he went into further detail explaining to us that we were having this problem because the insurance card was not up to date and that some of the numbers were different. This was something the CVS pharm techs did not explain to us. Dr. McKay continued typing away on his computer trying to figure out a way to help us. Eventually he worked his magic and figured something out to help the insurance go through. Big thanks!

On the phone (what a surprise), 2. stuffing food in her mouth. I said "hello" when I walked in because she looked right at me then proceeded to stuff more food in her mouth and rant on the phone. Each time something happened and I won't be returning…read more The first time I went to Indy e cigs I called in advance to see if they had wire in the gauge I was looking for and the price on it. They had the wire and they said it would be $5 a spool on the phone. When I go to the shop it was actually $10 a spool. Okay okay that could just have been a mistake they were actually super nice and helpful that visit with everything else I needed. That's the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars because when they have to they can be helpful. The second time I went there it was pretty close to closing and I mean maybe 6 min till close. I sat outside for a moment before I went in and saw maybe 7 people enter the store. I was basically right behind them but when I got to the door it was locked and the people inside were literally laughing at me. The next time I went i went in with my girlfriend she was asking a bunch of questions and was trying to ask the guy for recommendations on juices. He proceeded to tell her he does not tell people what he likes because he is not going to return it if they don't like it. I know super helpful right. The same visit I spotted the Colorado rda on the bottom shelf. I asked if I could look at it. The thing is huge. My girlfriend was asking me what mod we would put that on. I was explaining that we could put it on our series box mod. The guy interrupted us to go on for 5 min saying that there was no box mod in production to date that would push the watts it needed to function correctly. He is right if the only boxes out there were regulated mods. I had to explain that the series was unregulated and it would for sure function like I needed it to. The best part about this person was he was making people wear masks. I feel safe about that aspect of it all. The last time I went in to Indy e cigs I just needed some juice. When I walked in there was a guy and a girl behind the counter. Neither were wearing masks. The guy puts his on to great me. He asks me what he could help me find. I say I'm here for some fruity juice. He got this blank look on his face and just looked at me for a sold 10 sec. I said it again. I'm needing some juice and he says. We have a lot. I understand my answer was vague but you asked the question. If I said I'm looking for a new mod I'm sure you guys have a lot of those also. The girl never put on a mask. I'm not going to let some dude in a jack skeleton flat bill make me feel stupid while I spend $31 for one bottle of juice. That's the real crime.
