Do yourself a favor and walk to the window wall with a handheld mirror to inspect your makeup before purchasing any products. Makeup/Products: This is one of two places in Cleveland that sells Bobbi Brown products, which I absolutely love. They also carry Trish McEvoy, Laura Mercier, NARS, and Lune+Aster (Blue Mercury's line). All high-end quality lines. They also happen to have my favorite lip balm (Rosebud salve) which I'm hard pressed to find in any store. Service: I was quickly helped by a sales associate when I entered the store. She helped me decide which shade of corrector and concealer I needed and gave additional recommendations on other products I was interested in. Also, since I am South Asian, I like that the woman who helped me was black. Not that I mind being helped by white people, but I do think that colored women have a better grasp of what other colored women need in terms of makeup, so it's nice that they have a diverse team. Free goodies: Truthfully this won't apply to most shoppers, but I happened to be there when they were celebrating their 16th anniversary and the launch of their own makeup line (Lune+Aster). Recently, I had an appointment and while on the way the freeway was shut down due to downed power lines and traffic was at a standstill. I called ahead to inform them that I would be late and offered to reschedule due to the inconvenience. They were very accommodating and still saw me after I was 20 minutes late. I can't say enough good things about this dentist office. I dreaded going to the dentist, but not anymore.

He was clearly not thrilled at answering questions, let alone having to be there in the office - he slogged around the office slowly and kept loudly sighing - It'd have --- almost --- been funny if I hadn't needed him to fix my teeth... The dental dam was placed incorrectly. My mouth underneath it by the end was full of broken pieces of silver filling. He didn't cover my body or my face during it, they don't use oxygen to breathe instead of mercury vapor, it was just a mess of incompetence and this grudging attitude. A few months later I called and requested my records and X-rays be sent to a new dentist. For some reason the receptionist was nasty and I could tell she wasn't going to do it. I called many times, but they never sent them - so I had to once again have unnecessary xrays retaken. Every single review for this place was written by someone who has only written one or two reviews total. See that? That means those reviews are likely fake. Take care of your health.

What I didn't know, and what no one at the spa ever disclosed, is that all tips across every Radiant Divine location are sent directly to the co-owner, Ryan Devault, a man who is not a licensed medical professional. According to a phone conversation Ryan had with my husband, he personally collects all client tips and redistributes them to employees as he sees fit, including staff members you never interacted with. Not only is this incredibly deceptive, but it's also unethical. Clients are never told that their tips won't go to the person who cared for them, and I was never given the chance to opt out of this hidden policy. Even more troubling, Ryan's wife, Rachel Devault, is a licensed nurse and also a co-owner who works at one of the spa's locations. While I can't confirm whether she accepts tips herself, her dual role makes the entire system feel like it was designed to exploit a loophole, to benefit from client gratuities without disclosing where that money actually goes. When I found out what was happening, I called to cancel my membership and voice my concern. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with resistance and eventually offered a refund, only if I agreed to delete my Google review. That moment told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates. Radiant Divine presents itself as a high-end, professional medical spa, but behind the scenes is a web of non-disclosed financial practices, conflict of interest, and reputation damage control. Clients deserve transparency, especially when it involves money, medical professionals, and trust. Please think twice before doing business here.
