    Worst drive through pharmacy I've ever used. Pharmacy staff should be trained on drive through etiquette.

    Friendly people working there, but the prices for my prescription are better elsewhere so I have switch to another pharmacy.

    Andrew refused treatment, even though we had appointments and were legally entitled to treatment. DO NOT GO HERE!

Hard to trust a company when they have derogatory and or dishonest product descriptions within meta data hit words.

    In nov of 2024 my wife was unexpectedly diagnosed with incurable brain cancer and none ever told…read moreus how long she could live, in February of 2025 she passed, During that time she was unable to shop at the local walmart store and I was also unable to shop because of some disabilities that I have, So I relied on walmart grocery's to be deliveries. starting in nov or dec of 2024 . when my wifwe passed away before we expected our oldest took over the walmart grocery deliver and for a good reason she had to use her phone number on my account which she did without any problem from walmart . E#verything went well until the the end of july. when our daughter tried to place an order for me and she was told my account had been deactivated, she made five calls over six days along with speaking with 9 people and spending 10 hours on the phone. to walmert customer service people. over the next sixs days. Only to be told serval different reasons for the inactive account. wAs different reasons each time,but always the statement your account would be reactivated in 24 to 48 hours which never happened. it was obvious that they would just lieing to get her off the phone, she called five times and spent 9 hours on the phone and finally when she spoke to her second supervisor she was told the reason for the deactivation was because her phone number was on two accounts , hers and mine, yet there was no problem in march when she added her number to my account and no problems when we upgraded my delivery service, if someone with a brain and little common sense would have notified us we could have resolved the problem instantly, but they did not notify us in any way shape or form. They just deactivated my account and left me without groceries. both our daughters work a 10 hours day so i was left streaded. During the six days that my daughter tried to resolve this problem with wal mart customer service she mad five calls she talked to 9 people including 2 supervisors one of which told her the problem would be resolved in 24 to 48 housthat wasas on her 3rd call. the same standard reason the on desk customer service fools gave, nothing but a lie(so ,we think)which again was a lie (so we think )e 2nd supervisor said one week and gave her of a totally difference reason than all the customer service people and thier supervisor gave us just to get us off the phone. .the same bull the customer service people had said. but the seoncde n supervisor told her the reason was caused by having her phone number on her account and my account, yet they processed the number fine back in march when she added it to my account. and they delivered my groceries for 4 months before realizing they messed up, the 2nd supervisoris the one that told my daughter rthe real reasonmn i was put on deactivation. she told my daughter that noemally it takes 30 days to reactive the account but being i was 86 y.o. and have disabilites she would pout us on a ruch ticket and the problem would be resolved in one weelk . the one week has yesterday and no worrd from wall mart. being an old man growing up in the 40's 50.s and into the 60's i aleways belived the customers were very inmportant to a business, but based on my coperation from wal maert i think thoses day are gon on e customer doesn't mean a thing to them you casn bet you*body Opert there will never be a product from wal mart in my house again. I worked in the aero space insdustrie for 30 years out bethye best manager i work fior always told ubnn the parts that you are trying to complete for out customer is important anf you should do what wever it tales to gwet that prodict done on time and at aresasonable cost, i alwatys tookthat to jeart and stoill believe in the philocify, also repect you custom asnth streat him/hetr ain a way wthat they will come back top you, it is obviious that wal mart does not heve that in mind. in closing i have done my best to correct most of my typing errors and tried to correctly most of them. , if i have misstated something then i apologize to wal mart for being human. i am not saying they are a terrible company i am just saying this has been the worst customer service i have received in the pasy 65 years sence i got married and started paying my own bills, hope this helps other people to know and hat t can happen with walmart what to expect from wal mar customer . sure as taught me a le my late wife and i shopped at wal marts for years, back in the 80's and later we traveled a lot in our rv and always shopped at wal mart for food when we stayed over night in an area. always found most stores to be very good, but this problem has really changed my opinion of wal mart management policies. the buck is more important than customer satisfaction, maybe i am wrong, thinking customer satisfaction is important. Things have changed and i may still be living in the past. so now i have to go learn some more about my new iphone.
