A few new employees I've seen over the last few months, Just have common courtesy. But there are some here that I've seen for years.That still pass us up and never say a word. We have even took the initiative to start a conversation. Be friendly, Say hi, but yet being ignored STILL. It's a huge disappointment that management doesn't read these and make changes in their stores. It's a even bigger disappointment that someone from corporate doesn't read these and make changes in their stores. They at the least can provide better customer service. But giving credit where credit is due. These Super Centers have everything for your shopping needs. Groceries, clothes, cosmetics, toiletries, gardening, automotive, electronics, an optometry, pharmacy, hot and cold food to go, they even send money to other countries. All this convenience in one store. We'll, One star for management here. And five stars to you emplease who think outside the box and show the common courtesy that your customers need and deserve.

It's big and bright and extremely well stocked. Easy to pick up snacks and drinks for our Airbnb and it was nice to walk through the electronics and housewares because they have everything here. The entire front of the store has been converted to self-checkout with two staffed registered and one "Walmar+ member fast lane" area. A single queue for the self-checkout makes it easy. It's been a long while since I shopped at a Walmart near Bentonville. The stores I've been to elsewhere aren't this clean, the associate aren't this nice and the stock isn't this good. I have shopped a few NM's and this one is just like the others. Focused on food and personal care items without the clutter of soft goods and electronics and toys, it's a supermarket. Dairy, produce, grocery, meat, frozen. All the usuals. Of course, this is Walmart's backyard and so the associates are going to be friendlier and nicer than they are in the rest of the Walmart universe. In fact, one stocker in frozen overheard us looking for an item and came over to help us find it, even pointing out similar items we might enjoy. Unexpected! Clean, bright, well stocked. And the prices? Typical Walmart low prices. A good shop!

Finally after 1.5 hrs we stopped another person and he said oh it says you haven't arrived- even though multiple people assured us it was coming out and had our name and spot# The crazy part is - it is the third time something similar has happened at this store in 2 years. I will not make the mistake of going back. I only did bc they had a time spot. I will not make this mistake again. Their management team is obviously very poor and needs serious work.
