I am disappointed by the lack of progress and feel as though the focus is more on financial gain than on patient care. My appointment time was 1:40 pm. The automated system requested I arrive at 1:20 p.m. I had completed all paperwork, provided ID and insurance cards in advance. I arrive at 1:20 and find out there was no reason for me to be there early since I did everything online. Communication failure. I sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes and went back to the desk to inquire how much longer until I would be seen. She let me know I was next, but not sure on ETA as the MA was "mixing medications". I thanked her and continued to wait about another 10 minutes. I came into the exam room and noticed a container of Vaseline with no lid on it, a small bottle of clear liquid and another bottle which also had no lid. There was a pair of scissors also on the counter. It looked like it had been used when seeing another patient and not cleaned up. Definitely a concern. The doctor came in and was in the room with me for probably 3 to 5 minutes. He froze a spot on my leg that I was there to see him for and left the room. The MA then said she would walk me out. I was caught off guard as I wasn't sure how to take care of this issue, what do I put on it, do I keep a bandaid, etc. I asked the question and was told, while walking to checkout, to put Vaseline on the spot. Overall, this did not meet my healthcare expectations. I paid my Co Pay and left. I do not recommend this center.

Didn't care about the patient, cared about how much money he would or wouldn't get for a 10 min visit and a 50.00 copay. Prior to my appointment with Hull, i had multiple appointments with mercy hospital's urgent care teama nd they misdiagnosed my eczema 3 times in a row. First time as a staff, then second time as fungus, and then third time as SPIDER BITE? Thats how bad my eczema was. I was under a ton of stress, due to the tornado situation that happened last year. So it contribued to my eczema which like destroyed my fingers. My doctor at hull (i am so sorry i don't remember her name she was petite and blonde and very nice..?) was like "oh yeah that's eczema!" and she prescribed me clobetasol and like. i kid u not... it cleared up in like a week. Now whenever i start to flare up (it happens during the summers but last year was just super duper bad for some reason (like i said i think it was the stress..) i just put a little of the clobetasol on my hand and wear a glove overnight and bingo bongo its gonezo hehe. :D SO thank you doctor who I can't remember the name of off the top of my head because it's been a year since I've seen you uwu. Not only was it removed pretty abruptly without much discussion, they also didn't contact me with the results. I found out through the patient portal and read their version of the events. It didn't match with what really happened. I felt like this was something to gouge insurances, except I am left with a $550 patient responsibility bill. I understand medical procedures can be costly, but better communication, transparency, and patient care would have made a huge difference.
