First time as a staff, then second time as fungus, and then third time as SPIDER BITE? Thats how bad my eczema was. I was under a ton of stress, due to the tornado situation that happened last year. So it contribued to my eczema which like destroyed my fingers. My doctor at hull (i am so sorry i don't remember her name she was petite and blonde and very nice..?) was like "oh yeah that's eczema!" and she prescribed me clobetasol and like. i kid u not... it cleared up in like a week. I spent over a week trying to simply get ahold of someone who could help with the refund. I was promised call backs that would never happen. Eventually I called the actual pharmacy that was to ship my order and had to cancel with them personally. The entire process was entirely unprofessional and extremely frustrating.   No amount of reasoning or apology will change my mind as this behavior was occurring BEFORE I asked for the refund. The level of poor communication and unprofessionalism was bordering on scam territory. I did eventually get my refund, albeit $150 short which, you guessed it, was never communicated to me. I wouldn't recommended this place to ANYone. There are plenty of other facilities to choose from, avoid this one with a 100 foot pole.

If you have a family member who often does not communicate or lives further away from you alone, I…read morewouldnt allow them to go here. #1 Lack of communication, if a patient has not been going to their appointments they won't tell you unless you are on the list, #2 if you ask who is on the list to see if you can ask the person on the list to make sure they also will not tell you that information either, #3 if you get cancer and don't know the precautions you should take either for your cancer, medication, or treatments. You better look them up yourself because they don't tell you. So, this wasn't my experience, but it was my dad's and unfortunately, he is gone now, and I don't come and leave this review because I'm mad, he passed away. i come here to leave this review to warn others of how crap the communication is, not only between staff and patients but as well as family members who call only to check in and nothing personal, but they will not tell you. And we all know some people can be hardheaded so there is only one way to know but they just don't care. This review has nothing to do with their tech or whether their facility is lacking. I was told I should see significant reductions in spider veins. What a big disappointment! Not only did literally none of the spider veins go away, but now I have significant needle point marks on each vein. Wow! what a freaking waste of my money and time. All that pain for nothing. I should have just taken all those hundreds of dollars and flushed them down the toilet. And what was their response?? They said I should come in for more treatments!
