Wawa parking lots are notoriously insane. THIS Wawa takes it to cluster$&%¥ level. Dedicated entrance and exits only complicate an already cramped parking lot/gas area. Located just near the Oxford Valley Mall on Oxford Valley Road. It's usually easier just to drive down Rt 1 to hit the one by the 95 ramps. Inside it offers two gender specific restrooms with the ladies having two stalls. 2 self checkout and typically one cashier Semi clean interior. Two ATMS Lottery machine Dual entrances. Best to use the farther one if you're not getting gas for easier access. read more

I'd like to give a compliment to the gentleman, I believe his name was Jason, who assisted and rang up my mom who was trying to use one of the coupons or discounts from her phone. While it may have seemed like a normal, everyday transaction, I could tell from how he was speaking that he cared about my mom's experience. My mom can come off as nagging and at no point did he seem annoyed or impatient. He was very calm and patient with her and went out of his way to help her with her phone. The impression I had and from what I could gather from the underlying tone was that he understood her struggle and would be there to support her. Perhaps I'm reading into it too much, and it was just someone performing their job. To me however, it's those 'little' moments where someone's pleasant and caring demeanor can make a huge impact in a world where people are not always going to be nice and understanding. This is my Wawa. Thee we people are always nice and they know who their regulars are. The issue with this store is the parking lot. It gets crazy navigating around it. It's awful to go left out of the lot and you get stuck at what has to be the worse stop sign interaction in the township. Unfortunately everyone out here cares about open space so this is the only Wawa we get. read more

The staff is nice here. I came in to order a hoagie but when I used the tablet it showed that a turkey gobbler ( thanksgiving day sandwich) well ... I decided to get it for the first time ever. Then I paid for it at the register and came back for pickup when it was ready. Yay! The stuffing , turkey and cranberry sauce! What a pre thanksgiving day treat. Even my grandmom gobbled hers up too. This place is disgusting to go into. Used to be a really nice place to go. I went into the ladies room to use the bathroom. This looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Floor is slippery as if they cleaned it using dirty water or some kind of wax that is incredibly slippery. Toilet is covered in urine and the other looks clean on the seat solely because people clean it before using it. It has some form of corrosion on the metal like no one bothered to clean it up either. I fear to wonder what it would be like to eat food at this location so I'll never order a sandwich. This place is not in an easy location to get to or get out of.... but this intersection was always bad before the Wawa, but to give people an idea... there used to be a convenience store right where this Wawa was before it went under... it may have been a non-gas Wawa place many years ago too. But if you need a place to use the bathroom, unless you want to catch something, don't go here. I didn't check the men's room but the ladies room was absolutely disgusting. No one cleans it. It's always this bad. They have a hotline # in case it's dirty and I imagine they keep hearing complaints about it...... but there are far better Wawas to visit. read more

I only come here for the Honey Roasted Turkey Hoagie. I'm new to PA and it is one of the most delicious turkey subs I've ever had! I was surprised by the reviews as staff has always been friendly with good attitudes overall. Especially the sandwich makers whom really put in effort and love with almost overflowed toppings (Sweet Peppers, the best!). I've ordered from here 3 times already at various hours and it is always consistent. My only complaint, which can't really be resolved is that making a left turn out of Wawa is a nightmare when there is traffic. That intersection has such a terrible design, they really should just put a second traffic light there. Because of this, I only come off hours. read more

This Wawa is a convenient spot to gas up and it's the perfect place if you need to buy and eat lunch in 10 minutes. Even though they get really busy, you can still get in and out of there in no time. The sandwiches are as good ever and right now they're running the Hoagiefest promo so it's just $4.99 for a classic sub. As for gas prices, they aren't the cheapest, but it's still pretty reasonable for the area. One tip for guys; be sure to avoid the men's bathroom if at all possible. Convenient location with reasonable gas prices. It was a bit challenging to navigate the parking lot when we pulled in, and the hoses on the pumps aren't long enough to go around the car, so you have to pump next to the hose, keep that in mind when you pull in. I always like a gas station with the convenience store attached in case I need something snacky for my drive. read more

I love Wawa so much! I love the smoothies, the frozen cappuccinos, the cream smoothies, everything! I love the the toasted caramel coconut crunch cream smoothie, it's limited time only but definitely a favorite. I've tried so many flavors. I've tried the strawberry banana mango smoothie, mixed berry banana that is so good, mango banana, blueberry pomegranate mango I'm surprised about this flavor it's definitely a must try, so delicious. I've tried the caramel cheesecake I did not like it, it tasted almost sour. I don't recommend the cheesecake flavors. I've tried the banana cream and the banana foster, The only difference is the banana foster has caramel but both good. I've tried the salted caramel cream smoothie, it's good! We also tried the s'mores and omg it tasted just like eating s'mores so delicious!! I've tried the chocolate banana cream and had them add caramel, so yummy! The next one is the caramel chocolate chip add extra caramel that's a favorite of mine, I love it!! I've also had the caramel chocolate chip frozen cappuccino it's also good just with a espresso shot! I also tried the toasted caramel crunch frozen cappuccino it was okay, it didn't have as much flavor as the cream smoothie in the same flavor. I think the espresso shot over powered the flavor. The cream smoothie also has a lot of caramel drizzle in the cup and the frozen cappuccino does not. We also tried the oreo flurricane added whipped cream it was my daughters favorite. I know we tried more flavors but these are some I remember and yes I had Wawa almost every single day for over a week. Also ordered 4 drinks daily for 4 people. So we got to try a lot of flavors. I love Wawa! They also have amusing sandwiches, I tried the turkey hoagie, some other sandwiches. I also got the chocolate croissant which was very chocolatey, it was good. I also got 2 cookies by the register the chocolate chip and M&M, I don't like their cookies, I think they are a little hard and no real cookie taste. Honestly, my rating for this Wawa would be higher if it wasn't for the staff. I went in and asked for $40 in cash on gas. I also bought a Red Bull and an iced tea( so addicted to the Wawa brand tea) with a gift card,anyway, my gas tank would only fill up to $29 worth of gas. I went back to get my chAnge ( without my receipt like I've done a million times without an issue). The cashier told me he could only give me half my money back without my receipt. I was so pissed off. I went back out to my car and got the receipt. When I went back in, I explained all of this to the cashier ( the same cashier I'd been dealing with the entire time). He said he was confused on what happened and wasn't sure if he owed me money. I was steaming now. How can you not know how to handle a register or interpret a receipt? In the end, we realized the cashier had given me the correct change because the gift card was never taken off. The cashier was still confused. I was unhappy with the attitude and the actions of this locations customer service. I don't know if I'll be back, but if the next time I am here I get the same customer service, Wawa will lose a customer. read more

Used to love Wawa but this location has become dirty, disrepair and with the Amazon corporate account having over 40 trucks in this already too small of a lot it is inconvenient and terribly unsafe. Spoke to the store manager today, Pete because the Amazon vans had the traffic backed up onto Lincoln Highway and someone is going to get hurt or killed. and his response explains why this location has been in decline recently. The store is always dirty, in disrepair and inconvenient. He said, Im thru with dealing with this issue. His attitude was not customer focused at all. The company has great coffee but the bread is not anywhere as good as when Dick Wood ran the company and the Amoroso rolls were excellent. There are some great employees at this site but I travel further from my home to go to other locations that are clean and actually have smiling happy employees. This location is frequently out of items like half and half, sliced apples, basic items that should be in stock. The township should not have allowed this store to open \at this location it is an extremely dangerous intersection and the store has far too much volume for the parking lot design. Greed, just like Wawa, it used to be Excellent the food and dairy and as the Dupont involvement grew the quality has declined all to be able to have more locations in more states. Now try getting in or out of this store or the one at Bristol Oxford Valley and New Falls, scheduled to close or Emily Road also scheduled to close. If growth is going to negatively effect quality then don't do it. It is becoming more like 7-11 every day. read more

I come to this location once in a while when I'm in the area. It's not my favorite. Today specifically enticed me to write this review because I don't understand how you can fuck up something so simple. I ordered a 16oz iced caramel macchiato. The blonde barista, Ashley, was too busy chatting with someone about her daughter and baby names. She wasn't focusing on what she was doing at all. She overflowed the cup and all of the espresso spilled out, I had to blot it with 6 napkins to keep it from spilling all over my car. She essentially handed me a "hand crafted" cup of milk with caramel sauce at the bottom. Disgusting. I couldn't ask her to remake it because I'd be late for work. I'm now sitting in my office with a glaring headache due to the lack of caffeine brought on by this barista's incompetence at filling a cup. I'm going to have to waste my lunch break driving over to Starbucks to get some espresso. This girl needs to be retrained on how to properly make drinks, or move her to the sandwich making station. Previous barista's have done their job just fine and leave a millimeter of space between the cap so that the liquid doesn't overflow. I'm pretty sure Ashley is the only one who doesn't know how to do her job. Extremely disappointed. read more

Get to the register only for the cashier to run out of change. She puts the please use other register sign up and proceeds to ring customer out. She called manager for change while seemingly waiting on customers at the 2nd register. Mr Super Rude tall older WaWa employee removes the closed sign tells the woman 4th in line to move up she's open now. Manager arrived with change for 1st register. Meantime 1st in line is still waiting for cashier on 2nd register (who was called over) to open and take care of checking her out while the others are rang out on the 1st register. I asked the younger male cashier if the man with WaWa badge and carhart type coat on worked at this location. He confirmed he did. Manager / shift manager looks at me then the ignoramus in question and goes right back to what she was doing even after hearing me tell the super nice cashier what had happened. Horrible area congested with traffic. Lines for gas are confusing. And gas isn't much cheaper than other stations. Just too hard to navigate I avoid that intersection. When you come out you have to make a dangerous left turn and somehow avoid getting killed by speeding traffic. read more

I came from out of town and was staying in the nearby Red Roof Inn. I visited this Wawa on 2 consecutive days and decided to get old fashioned donuts both days. Both days I've experienced a long hair on my donuts. What is going on here? The first day I gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe a customer left the hair but the second day it's clearly obvious that it's an employee at this store. If you are working around food your hair needs to be restrained. I'm sure someone else has experienced this too. read more
