This is about the pharmacy, not the rest of the store. Problem #1: They NEVER answer the phone…read more They actually told me it is their policy to NOT answer the phone. They will call you back when it's convenient for THEM, and then leave you a message with NO information about your quest for a prescription refill. The "smart AI" phone answering system is TORTURE! It will repeatedly tell you your script is "refillable" without ever offering the option to get it refilled! They have repeatedly refilled prescriptions I did NOT ask for - to the point where my doctor's office was calling me to ask why I'm taking so many pills! And the attitude is just "this is how we do it, too bad for you." I'm looking for a new pharmacy now. Enough of this.

The administration area is a tiny screened off area next to the pharmacy register and guys were banging into in while delivering things on wheelie carts. I don't think this person was well trained. She didn't explain what she was doing and didn't pinch my arm to avoid pain. She barely said two words to me. It was my first time receiving this vaccine and nothing was said about side effects -- just "you're all set" when we were done. Imagine someone who is nervous about needles, or a kid? But of course, this is not her fault -- it's CVS's fault who should have a dedicated person to give vaccines who is well trained at times when they are being offered. How can she be expected to ring up customers and give out vaccines at the same time? I'm sure she rushed through it as a result. I wish doctor's offices administered this vaccine rather than having to deal with this shoddy experience.

I always shop in the seasonal section for decorations.....they always have great Halloween and Christmas stuff for really good prices. They are a great value after the holiday is over too. If your looking for snacks they have plenty of that.....emergency milk and even ice cream. Cases of water are for sale. Batteries, paper plates, detergent, etc. Rite Aid comes in handy in a pinch. It's a clean store with good employees as well. I'm hoping they don't close. Rite Aid seems to be disappearing and it would be a shame if this one closed.

This probably is the worst Pharmacy I've been to while living in NJ and that's not me being…read morehyperbolic! Where to actually begin, so I'm a chronic Asthmatic and my asthma is regulated by taking daily doses of Inhalers, primarily the Rescue inhaler and then the most critical one which is the Advair inhaler. My doctor always gives me a 3 months supply or refills and every time i had to refill my medications (they were never in stock allegedly). I've also spoken to several people in the near by neighborhood who also said it's not just asthma medication they seem to always be (out of stock) It ranges from Heart medication, to insulin this is absolutely unacceptable and something needs to be done because I know what a **Arbitrage Business** looks like when I see it. My parents didn't raise a fool, couple that with the fact that I've literally had friends who were pharmacists I've done my research! Someone at that pharmacy is taking medication not logging it and selling it else we're for a mark up that's why they seem to never have medicine, I've also clocked the Dates on the boxes for certain scripts that are filled they seem to be a month or two within the expiration date when on average asthma meds last up to 1yr some even 2yrs. It's my suggestion that anyone considering this pharmacy should not choose this place. It's only a matter of time b4 they seriously hurt someone and get caught!
