Here's a pointed, clearly negative review you could post: "Extremely frustrating experience at the Walgreens on Market Street in Boardman. I stopped in to drop off a FedEx shipment and stood at the counter waiting for at least 10 minutes before anyone showed up to help. There was no one else being helped and no indication that someone would be back shortly. When an employee finally came to the counter, he didn't acknowledge the wait or offer even a simple apology. Basic customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. If Walgreens is going to offer FedEx drop-off services, they should make sure someone is actually available to assist customers in a timely manner. Very disappointing. read more

I feel very sorry that other Yelp users experienced problems with this business's prescription medications and passport photos. My review is based only on my experience as a customer of the store. I did not fill any prescriptions or use the photo center. As you already know, Walgreens is a chain store that has a pharmacy, retail store, and some other services. This location in Youngstown is supposed to be open 24 hours. I visited on a Monday evening. The store looked to be clean, safe, and well-stocked with products. I bought several snacks and drinks. The cashier greeted me, carefully bagged my products, and told me to have a great night. Some of the prices were reasonable, and other prices were high. I feel thankful that I bought what I needed and that the service was very good. read more

This pharmacy is always a test in patience for even the most patient of us. The drive thru is a complete joke, you wait in line for hours. Getting through over the phone is extremely frustrating as you wait just as long. Although the staff can be friendly and helpful when you finally do get thru, you can't help but feel their irritation at the situation and their overall sense of defeat at the sheer volume of customers and complaints. read more

Waited 4 hrs and 4 drive around at drivethru for a child's medication. They kept telling me they didn't get it. I called cvs and they faxed overI had RX faxed over from cvs across the street. The pharmacist asked if u could come in to give my insurance info. Are you kidding me a 10 month and a 2 yr old with rsv. I thought that's why they have drive thru. The blonde pharmacist didn't know I saw her wave her hand at me like I'm done with her. I'm sorry it's now 7:15 and the children are going to bed!!! Maybe They should have said go around d again and get back on line. I will NEVER EVER step foot in this heartless establishment. Oh and I'll make sure I pass it all along. Passport photo that Walgreens took has been rejected by the USA Passport Agency for improper alignment. KEEP your receipt people. This will now delay my passport yet another month or two. read more

The photo department does t understand not to touch the top of the photograph. Customer repeatedly asked employee to please not tap her fingers or touch the photos and she blatantly disregaurded request. Waited over 1 hr to get thru for pharmacy then hung up. This really is unbelievable. Please hire more help for this store. The few people on staff can not handle the work load. The store is losing customer. You can't expect 3 people to run a store this size and location. Terrible. read more

If it were possible for me to leave a negative review I would!!! I have had this experience several times, and I try to be patient and understanding.... But arriving at Walgreens to pick up your prescriptions and they are closed at random times of the day with a sign stating g " pharmacy will close at 3:00 00 today. " It has happens and retail is difficult to get help these days , but these are pharmacists , people need their medications!!! Today was the last straw.... I arrive at 10:00AM to yet another sign :.. Pharmacy is closed and will remain open Monday. !!!!! It's only Saturday !!!!! Are you kidding me, I leave for vacation tomorrow and need my medication. How is it possible to close a facility where people need their medication !!!! I will never again use a Walgreens !!!! Truly poor customer service and the manager on duty had no compassion for the situation. Disgusted beyond believe !!!! This Walgreens is open 24/7 and is always available. The location is a pain to get into from 224 or Market Street and the parking lot is a nightmare. However, it's always open and has a good selection of products. The staff is ok. It's a good place to go for anything that you find yourself needing. read more

Each time in this store, I have been treated poorly by staff and managers. Any questions asked are responded with a look as if it was too much of a bother to answer question. The female managers are RUDE and disrespectful to customers. I will take my business across the street to CVS, where you are treated like a welcomed customer. read more
