I happened to check my Walgreens mobile app on the way to Boca and I found a few clearance items displayed on the app, so we decided to check this Walgreens for some sale and clearance items. Of course when I arrived, the few things I wanted were out of stock, but I wandered around the scented candles area and I was very impressed with their choices of candle fragrances. I usually would not think of getting scented candles at a drugstore, but some of these had very unique smells. Just something to consider if you are every near a Walgreens and want to get a nice house gift for a friends. read more

So would love to give a better review but just cannot bring myself to it. Lately the store seems to be off. Tried to get passport photos and no one could find the camera and then when we came back the system was down. While waiting go to get my scripts and for the third month in a row they have my insurance info wrong and I have to wait for it to be fixed. When we transferred our RX's to this location I gave all our kids names and addresses and new insurance card and every time I come in I have to revive it all and wait for it to be put in the computer again. Address's I've had 15-20 years ago seem to keep popping back up. I call a number they gave me to update the file and it never seems to get done. But for now since I usually only get one script a month I put myself through this event every month. Maybe one day read more

Wow, the employees here. The pharmacy staff have always been fine, hence the 2 stars. However, after having a cashier randomly say "Do you get teased about your name?" while I was checking out, I'm inclined to transfer all of my prescriptions to, well, anywhere else. I also called the store to speak to a manager to let her know that they may need to speak with the cashier in question about appropriate small talk, but the manager seemed to not understand either what I was saying or why this was a complaint and just transferred me over to the cashier directly. I did tell her that what she said was impolite at best and she accepted that, though without an apology and in a really dismissive way. Since they seem to not care about customers or trying to improve, I guess I'll be finding another pharmacy. They were also completely out of distilled water, which seems odd for a drugstore since a lot of people use it for medical reasons, but you know, whatever. read more

VERY RUDE PHARMCIST! For atleast 3 months I have requested Walgreens to stop sending prescriptions from a doctor that we no longer use. They have continued to fill these prescriptions and have sent them my delivery to my home and I have had to call over and over again to tell them to not send theseprescriptions! Today they did it again! I called the store and spoke with the pharmacist Leanne who is also the manager of the pharmacy and she yelled at me and told me that they would no longer deliver any prescriptions to me and that every time a prescription was filled I would have to come in and personally inspect the prescription myself at the counter. This Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Every single time I go the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. They told me I needed an authorization from the Dr. so my Dr. faxed the authorization and this pharmacy told me my prescription would be ready in an hour. I show up an hour and a half later (because I know they run behind) and they say they don't even have my script! Unbelievable! Now I come in this morning and there is a line, as usual, and the pharmacist was running late so now I have to sit and wait for the computer system to start up. This is unacceptable when it comes to medication. Due to the rude pharmacist and pharmacy staff, I have transferred to a different pharmacy. I have only ever used Walgreens, but after the mess this pharmacy has caused, I have no choice but to switch. I never want to go back here ever again, we and my grandson caleb went here for a little treat, when I got there the place was so messy, and unorganized I was trying to look for my box of crackers that I love, wile I let Caleb go to the toy section, next thing I knew I heard my grandson crying I ran over to see the employee yelling at my grandson and I ran out of there with him as fast as I could. Excellent service as usual, I am a regular customer at this location and I must bravo to the hiring staff for hiring the new edition Justin , by far an amazing experience for me when I was greeted immediately by him at 7am , And he was so well trained he knew about everything and even took his time with updating my information, I was so grateful and bragged to the manager Marie who is such a doll and is always working hard to make sure every customers needs are met , and of course Monica the makeup consultant keeps me informed about all the new cosmetic products, I won't buy cosmetics anywhere else I have become reliant on her opinion and her always welcoming smile , I just love the pharmacy staff as well , Colleen goes over and beyond to help assist me and the pharmacists are more than gracious with how busy she is to stop and say how are you to me , I love this Walgreens and the people who work there make me feel comfortable while shopping, I would never shop anywhere else, I truly hope they all receive bonuses and raises because a staff this awesome deserves to be rewarded by this company, I appreciate you all so much thank you so much for making me personally feel like family, may god bless you all read more

I switched to CVS. I used to go to this Walgreens all the time, since it's close to where I live. I don't go there that often anymore. I got tired of them making mistakes on my bill, especially on sale items. Generally the items that rang up wrong weren't those advertised in the Sunday paper. They were mostly mark downs, such as seasonal items, although I have found mistakes on advertised items. Very often, they would ring up wrong, and never in my favor. First I would have to argue with the cashier, who would insist that the register knew best. Then it would be the manager who would have to make the correction. If I didn't notice the mistake until I got home I would have to bring the item back to get my bill corrected. It just wasn't worth the trouble to save a few dollars. My advice is, if you shop at this Walgreens, be sure to check your receipt. read more

Cashier was extremely rude to me tonight. Came in to purchase cigarettes and my 25 year old girlfriend was with me. I was purchasing the cigarettes for myself and gave my ID to the cashier. He then gave me a hard time because she hadn't brought hers with her as well since she wasn't purchasing anything. This store does not even deserve 1 star! It was an awful experience getting my medications from this store. I trusted your professionalism in giving you my prescription and I don't feel confident on how and what to take from what my doctor prescribe. I was discharged from the hospital today and I just wanted my pharmacy to fill out my Rx instead they instructed that 3 of the medication are OTC and never pointed out what this OTC medication was... they never provided guidance causing me to be in anxious situation. They only decided to fill the other Rx and that's it. The worst part is that the Pharmacy or any of their team member never made sure that I was buying all what I needed. Now I am missing my pain medication and my transportation is already gone. Awful awful ... I don't have any other words to describe my experience at this store. Never Ever coming back there again. They are refused to sell pack of tobacco to my husband who was over there with my 20 years old daughter , they asked her for her id, but she was not the customer , she showed the id but they didn't accept because it was French and not American , I went back with him and they refused to sell without autorisation from manager , while my daughter was at home , when I was over there with my husband the manager showed me the sign of under 18 , while no one was under this age , I told them it was discrimination, but In the end they sold it to us because we showed an American card, this is wrong on so many levels.
