Apparently it is $450 for a simple visit now? This is clearly a result of new ownership by schweiger dermatology. I would never have accepted service for $450. I paid with a debit card. Why would you have me pay $150 up front, and then secretly bill me another $300???? Why would you let me leave, when I owed you $300? This is an embarrasment, and I will be finding a new office that doesn't have a FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLAR simple visit fee. Absolute insanity. My account is under review with the financial team, but this is INSANITY. It's like going to Mcdonalds for a happy meal, paying $8, and then you start receiving phone calls and letters telling you "haha just kidding, it's actually $400". I feel betrayed, bamboozled, befuddled, disgusted, robbed, and DECEIVED. Edit: It was a mistake on their end and they have fixed it. Pretty big mistake... Dr. P is the best. WRONG they were probably the worst lashes and she just needed to sell them to get rid of them. I tried to tell her I didn't like it but she ignored it and asked her coworkers who of course complimented her work, I still gave her $20 for her time, but I will never in my entire life return there, I should have done it myself. I really enjoyed learning about the different types of compacts MAC offers because I have never used cosmetics from MAC before. I was able to find a foundation that I liked and that looked great on me. After my experience here, I will definitely be purchasing more makeup from MAC and the MAC in Macy's in Boynton Beach.

However, my one significant complaint is regarding punctuality. When I prepay for an appointment, I expect to be seen on time; waiting 30 minutes to be assisted is unacceptable. Despite this, I plan to return, but I hope to see improvements in their scheduling.
