NYC is full of awful chain pharmacies, and this isn't the WORST, but it's pretty bad. You see the…read moreproblems that all of these pharmacies face with everything locked up and no staff that a 2 minute errand becomes 10. While I think the staff here sometimes could be more attentive, it's not their fault there's maybe 2 employees manning the whole store. I did go here a lot, and what pissed me off the most were the times that the line was at least 6 people deep, one poor guy is at the register doing his best, and the manager is just casually doing inventory 2 aisles over. I've also seen her reprimand employees in similar impossible situations instead of stepping up and manning another register herself. This is a bad pharmacy and that's mostly because of corporate bs, but that doesn't mean they should be THIS bad, and the manager should be a better leader instead of dumping on the employees who are trying their best for the most part.
