I've been visiting the store for 12 years switched to cvs pharmacies because I've never waited any less than 20 minutes in line For a medication. And that is low end wasted time Tonight They were mopping the floors at 10pm while the store was open and closed down every aisle, except for the drink aisle the pharmacy aisle. The woman at the register would not let me go in any other area of the store to buy what I came for. Absolute garbage. I have been wanting to write a complaint about the store for literally 10 years and I finally just got around to it. And this is an extremely mild complaint.

I'm already frustrated because of having a positive where I have been known to take care of veterans like they are family or like I like to be treated only to have a couple people not place my prescription or not follow up after seeing my insurance was declined or worse being on their cellphone ignoring my presence as if I'm invisible. But wonderful Lori took charge and asked me questions that made it possible for me to have my price reduced to less than $100 and me not going to sit in my car and start crying. She gave great caring Customer Service like I did back in the day at an iconic store called Marshall Field' s, where I had a wonderful person name Oprah bless me with gifts and even an Asian customer who owned two restaurants purchase my first car at 21 because I gave phenomenal service. There is no parking lot but there is plenty of street parking that is free. The staff here always offer a smile and quality customer service. The pharmacist can also usually offer some prescriptions a little less than your local mass pharmacy ie CVS or Walgreens.
