I went into the store this morning. After checking out the cashier asked if I need to buy any bags…read moreor if I was using the bags I brought. I said I was using the reusable bags that I had. She completed the transaction, said have a good day & walked away. All of the items that I purchased were on the checkout counter. I had to bag them Myself. If they were busy I would not of had a problem with it. I just thought that it was extremely rude.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this CVS Pharmacy…read more I received two separate notifications stating that my prescription was ready for pickup. After going out of my way to get to the pharmacy, the staff seemed completely unaware of my prescription, even though all of the information should have already been documented in their system. The first employee who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. (She should not be working in customer service, clearly it's not the right profession for her.) I was then told that my prescription wasn't actually ready and would need to be prepared. However, instead of helping me, the pharmacy staff informed me they were closing for lunch and that I would have to come back later. I explained that I had received two notifications telling me my prescription was ready for pickup, but my concerns were ignored. It was clear that their priority was closing for lunch rather than assisting a customer who had arrived based on information sent directly by CVS. Being told to return after their lunch break--after I had already made a trip specifically because I was notified my prescription was ready--was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. This experience demonstrated a lack of communication, poor customer service, and little regard for customers' time. Prescription medications are often time-sensitive, and patients should be able to rely on the notifications they receive. I expect much better professionalism, courtesy, and accountability from a pharmacy entrusted with people's healthcare.

Jessica looked at my glasses and installed the lens quick and cleaned them. I tried to give her a tip for fixing my glasses, but she said company policy and She is an honest lady. Usually have a good experience here but I tried to use the affirm app to make a larger purchase…read more None of the employees knew how to cash it out. I had to split the transaction and pay with two different debit cards after customer service trying to cash me out and applying two more loans on my affirm account. $90 was taken out of my regular bank when one of the 3 approved loans went through. However Walmart doesn't do in store Walmart Affirm purchases anymore which I didn't know and neither did the three other employees that tried to help me knew. So now I have 3 pending loans, $90 out of my bank on top of $350 out of another account and $99 out of another account. I have disputed with my bank, affirm, and Walmart. No one has resolved my issue. I'm pretty sure it's not legal for an employee to apply for loans on your phone. And higher up management should be communicating with staff that in store affirm is no longer a thing since Jan apparently. Very upset with the experience, very disappointed that I had pay out of pocket for three loans I was approved for which ended up being well over $1000 in loans. I've never had a worse customer service experience than I did at this Walmart. Several employees…read morewere dismissive and unprofessional, and what bothered me most was the way they treated certain customers differently. Their behavior came across as prejudiced and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable anywhere -- especially in a major retail store. Instead of helping or answering questions, the staff seemed more interested in mocking and stereotyping customers. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, and it was clear that respect and basic courtesy were not a priority here. Walmart needs to address this kind of conduct immediately. Customers deserve to be treated fairly, with professionalism and dignity -- not with bias or hostility. Until changes are made, I won't be returning to this location and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They need to stop hiring kids with the same ugly hair cuts.
