My insurance company took back my bipap machine twice due to not being able to wear it as much as needed. They have gone above and beyond getting me set up with the correct mask fittings, making sure I had the machine, and helping me by checking in, and seeing what they could help me with so that the insurance would allow me to keep the machine. After a year and a half of sleep tests and anxiety with the machine. I was going to have to hand the machine back over because of not enough use again with the machine. It is so difficult to get used to, on top of the pressure that they will take it back if I'm not used to it on their timetable, with an anxiety disorder. They ( the insurance company) do not allow more time for people with anxiety. Jason has helped me through this process. Now that the machine is being taken away he gave me a donated machine so that I can get used to this machine on no timetable and finally sleep. This will literally save my life. I cannot function. I am so great ful for the kindness, and attention, and generosity.

I've never had a worse customer service experience than I did at this Walmart. Their behavior came across as prejudiced and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable anywhere -- especially in a major retail store. Instead of helping or answering questions, the staff seemed more interested in mocking and stereotyping customers. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, and it was clear that respect and basic courtesy were not a priority here. Walmart needs to address this kind of conduct immediately. Customers deserve to be treated fairly, with professionalism and dignity -- not with bias or hostility. Until changes are made, I won't be returning to this location and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They need to stop hiring kids with the same ugly hair cuts.

So I went to Customer Service, and a young lady came out of an office, no smile, clearly I was interrupting whatever task she was doing. Asked what date. There's nothing here except these dates. She stated at me. No emotion whatsoever. I asked if this was the North Windham Walmart. Yes. Another person asked if it was the right card. I answered yes, it was my work card. A bit confused but I said thank you and left. I was a "Customer Service." I felt as if I was bothering her more than anything. I will not be returning.

Common drugs such as antibiotics now take almost two days to get filled. And their text messages of whether you'd like a prescription filled or not makes no sense. If the doctor submits a prescription why question if it should be filled or not. May have to look for other avenues for drugs in the future if things continue the way they are.

There was also someone on the phone swearing out one of the pharmacists and she handled it so gracefully and calmly, I've got to commend her because she just kept repeating that's not how you speak to people, she's a real person and not an automation, and to please stop swearing. More recently I have found that when my prescriptions were complete, the text messaging system drives us crazy to pick up but then, when you drive down, it's likely the pharmacy staff won't be there. Once, I arrived at the store at opening (as advertised online and on the door of the store) and the place was empty except for myself and another annoyed patron who drove down only to find that the pharmacy was in fact closed and there was nobody to inquire as to what was going on. That day I made three trips to get one prescription, 8:15 am and then 10:30 am and was able to ask the person at the register when I might be able to pick up my order. They said, I don't know, maybe after 12 noon? I actually found them open at 3:15 pm. Yesterday I went at 8:30 and the same happened, four patrons, no staff and pharmacy closed. Clearly, there had to be someone there because the door was open and the lights were on but everyone who purchased anything used self-check out. Went to pick up groceries, came back, same thing at 10:05-I'm done! I will be contacting CVS Corporate and letting them know that they should note on their site that the pharmacy may or may not be open depending on whether the employee's decide they wish to sleep late or show up at work. Either way, I'll be sourcing a new pharmacy tomorrow morning. Someone should make this establishment aware that they won't be in business long if they continue to do what they are doing and I'm sure Corporate will love to hear that Salaries are being paid for people who don't even put in the hours for their wages.

Was the fourth car in the drive-up. When I got to the window the pharmacist shut the window in my face and screamed that he had to have his lunch and he wasn't going to take five minutes to take care of me. The ugliness in that pharmacy that people write about starts with the pharmacist and filters down to his staff. The instructions they gave me were confusing. I will never go back and have that ugly, little mediocre man fill my prescriptions.
