The pharmacy has cut their hours to just weekdays until 6:00 pm and no weekend hours. No wonder they are in financial distress. This is so inconvenient for people that work full time or do not have transportation. I told her my situation - I have poison ivy for the first time and need the ointment. She said she had no idea when they'd have it ready for me and told me to call her back. When I asked for her name she said "I'm not going to give it to you". If I'm supposed to call her back, why won't she give her name?! Also, how can a pharmacy of such a wide scope across the US not be able to tell me when I can expect my prescription to be ready? Isn't that their job? I'm appalled by this whole experience. I ended up transferring the refill to the CVS in Brooklyn and they were able to get me my rx in 5 min.

I had to split the transaction and pay with two different debit cards after customer service trying to cash me out and applying two more loans on my affirm account. $90 was taken out of my regular bank when one of the 3 approved loans went through. However Walmart doesn't do in store Walmart Affirm purchases anymore which I didn't know and neither did the three other employees that tried to help me knew. So now I have 3 pending loans, $90 out of my bank on top of $350 out of another account and $99 out of another account. I have disputed with my bank, affirm, and Walmart. No one has resolved my issue. I'm pretty sure it's not legal for an employee to apply for loans on your phone. And higher up management should be communicating with staff that in store affirm is no longer a thing since Jan apparently. Very upset with the experience, very disappointed that I had pay out of pocket for three loans I was approved for which ended up being well over $1000 in loans. As a first time shopper the staff took a lot of time talking about the product and what I was…read morelooking for. They have their own brand and one other that I saw. They really push their own product and I'm not sure why the other is there. I believe both were organic. You can buy their oil with flavoring added to make the product more palatable. What they don't tell you is there is an extra charge to get the flavored variety and they push that as well. Honestly, I did not care for the flavoring. I did not seem to be getting any relief from the product so I went back in, discussed with another employee what I was experiencing and they recommended I try a stronger version. This time I got it without the flavoring and it was preferable to me. It tastes just like any oil, and you use a small amount. With the original 'lower dose' version, I was experiencing an increase in symptoms and thought it was just that the situation was getting worse. With the second 'higher dose' version my symptoms went nuts and I stopped taking the product. The symptoms quickly returned to pre-CBD levels. This was a huge relief after weeks of taking the product. For me this product did not have the desired effect. I can't say if it was this product or CBD in general. This is just my experience. I have not tried another brand. I'll stick with meditation and yoga for now.
