This pharmacy needs to improve their customer service. I have had trouble having a prescription filled for three months. I thought the first time was just a rough day but it continues to be a problem. They do not answer the phone or they put you on hold for long periods of time. My medication needs to be ordered and I always call a week in advance to do that. Twice they told me it never got ordered. I tried to move the prescription this weekend. Publix has contracted them twice to get it transferred and they won't do it. I have used Walgreens everywhere we have lived until today. So disappointed. read more

This is a solid Walgreens. It's not a 24 hrs. like some of the other locations but that's only because the area is dead about 8pm or so. The location is very convenient. It's right off of 585 and between Marietta Highway and Prominence Point Parkway. It's near the Publix, Wendy's, Zaxby and the Dollar Store just opposite of Krogers. It's sorta tucked away in the corner a bit. There is a Red Box outside to the left of the building. You can also do a Blue Rhino propane exchange here. They have a nice stock of candies from your regular M&Ms and Skittles to Haribo gummy bears. There is a decent amount of refrigerated foods and snacks such as frozen dinners, milk, eggs and ice cream. I always meet friendly employees at this store that greet you at the door. Walgreens doesn't respect their customers. I showed up at 1:08 for my chicken pox vaccine appointment and was told that they can't administer it since they are leaving for lunch at 1:30. Strange, considering there was nothing in my online appointment booking about this, and there was also a slot available for a 1:30 appointment. I guess if I picked that time I would have found the pharmacy locked and empty. When I pressed for more of an explanation, the pharmacist looked in his drawer and said they don't have the vaccine anyway. He doesn't seem to know is vaccines, considering this one requires refrigeration. Again, why did their online appointment system allow me to make an appt at this specific location and time, and for this specific vaccine? Worst of all, they offered no apology or alternate solutions. Just the attitude of "go away". They clearly don't value their customers. read more

This is the worst pharmacy in Canton. I received an email that my script was ready and a text. When I went to pick it up at 8:00pm on a Monday night the pharmacy was CLOSED. Everytime I use this pharmacy I have issues with scripts not being ready (even though I have multiple messages that they are ready ) or the drive thru is closed, or the pharmacy is closed completely. I HIGHLY recommend using mail order from a different pharmacy. Get it together Walgreens! read more

I've been to a lot of different Walgreens and the employees are usually friendly and helpful but not at this location. It takes an act of Congress to get someone to acknowledge you upon entering, answer a question or even check you out. Every single time I've gone into this location there has been an issue and thus if I could give no stars I would. The parking lot is pretty big in size and there are a lot of spots however the store is usually empty. This location also is not 24 hours which is probably for the best. read more

Our neighborhood Walgreens serves as a FedEx receiving site so I stopped by today to drop off my somewhat large/heavy outgoing package. The Walgreens worker tried to discourage me from dropping it there due to the size/weight, instead directing me to the nearest Walmart. However, the package was well within the guidelines as posted on the website. I had already done my research. I CHOOSE to shop at my neighborhood stores (Publix and Walgreens) rather than the big box stores, and I'm certain the Walgreens management/corporate office would frown on their employees directing their customers to one of Walgreens' competitors. read more

Horrible service!! I live near this Walgreens, so it's very convenient for me to pick up my prescriptions. I've been going here for almost and months and have had many problems with the pharmacy. My medication is pretty pricey, so I use a coupon, given by the provider. Multiple time have I been told that they can't find my coupon or that it doesn't work. I then wait for multiple pharmacies to try and solve the problem, and magically someone gets it to work. I recently went to pick up my prescription at 7:25 and waited 30 mins to be helped. Once I was helped they again told me my coupon didn't show up. The lady checking me out told me the pharmacist would help. The pharmacist came and looked it up in the system. After 5 seconds of her looking she told me my coupon didn't work. I asked if I could give her the coupon code for her to re-enter. She told me that they were now closed and could no longer help me! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I didn't arrive there when they were closed, nor was I helped after they were closed. They didn't offer to switch my prescription to an open pharmacy! So I went home with no medicine! This is the second time they have made me go home with no medication! They are unhelpful and lazy!! I will be switching my pharmacy! read more

This pharmacy is infuriating! I arrived at 750 pm with 2 cars in front of me, and one joined behind me around 755. I came late because they had said the medication was delayed but when I called after 4pm they said they'd fill it later today. Time slipped away from me, but I arrived 10 min prior to closing time. Unfortunately, they did not complete the transaction with the first car until 805 (yes, it took at least 15 min for one transaction). The next car pulled up and they started pulling the window shade down, but did fill their order. I pulled up only to have the shade fully lowered (like I didn't exist). I could see inside and I'm sure they could see outside, as the pharmacist kept giving me the side eye to see if I'd leave. After sitting there, there at least 10 min, I blew my horn, the pharmacist just looked at me...I sat another 5 min and blew again.... all the while watching the pharmacist and 2 other employees ignore me. After sitting there until 20 after 8, being 100% ignored I left, with out a very necessary medication. Needless to say, this is customer DIS-SERVICE! read more

Fast check out and they had everything I needed. They have a huge selection of candy. The drink selection was small and in these kinds of places for me, its something I always check out. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. read more

I paid for a gallon of water to be delivered to my residence. It was not delivered. I arrived at the store to pick it up since it was not delivered. Store manager told me I couldn't take it out of the store, even though I had an E-receipt to show I paid for it. She told me a had to pay for it in the store to pick it up out the store. I told her I wasn't going to pay twice and she refused to look at my receipt. So to make me wait longer than I had to, I had call someone else in the store to get it redelivered. I had to get it redelivered to my house which really wasn't necessary because I was already at the store. Clearly not good customer service by the manager who obviously had an "I don't care" look on her face and in her tone and just walked away without apologizing as if I didn't say anything to her. As if it was my fault. Someone else obviously agrees with me, because they also left them a 1 star as well. You really shouldn't be employing people if they really don't care about customer service. all over a $1.29 gallon of water. I have better things to do with my time. Especially since I was already running late because of their mess up in the first place. read more
