The room is clean, small, and quiet so there are no distractions. You are given a small pill to relax and then you are numbed so you feel nothing!! You can use your phone, air pods, and listen to what ever you want. When I brought it to their attention, because I booked with them for them to check the incision site the next day after the ER visit- they asked if I had been drinking when they inserted the pellet. While I understand drinking (alcohol) would thin your blood, I had not been drinking. I found it grossly negligent as a trainer inserted the pellet. And despite being numbed I felt pain, which they knew during my visit. The assisting nurse numbed me more, but the ER said an arterial vein was clipped and that was the cause for the bleeding. No apology, no trying to make it right. They just tried to turn it around on something I did. It didn't feel good. I pay a lot of money for HrT. I am not looking to have to go to the ER to fix something I pay for out of pocket! I am not a drinker. I did nothing. Took it easy, in fact had been laying on my couch watching TV, when I got up, there was a massive amount ( ring about 4-5 inches in diameter that I bleed through on my couch, much less my underwear and pants. I did nothing feel it until the air hit the area, and this was about 7 hours later. I will not be giving my money here again. It wasn't that it happened as much as the response when I asked them to check the incision site the next day. No empathy or compassion for something they did, which does not work for me. (Was my 3rd or 4th injection to boot)

It had no refills and they had to call the MD. when I said it's been 6 days. Why didn't you ask when you called for the other ones she replied, "Mam, if you don't stop hollering at me I am going to report you to the board for inappropriate patient behavior." I said, "I am not hollering. I am asking a question. Do you want to hear hollaring?" There was no apology, no admission of perhaps they missed it or possibly made an error, no offer to deliver it. Nothing. I had been out of some of these meds for 3 days and they are needed. Plus I had my dog in the car and the drive up window was broken. I told her that and instead of offering to bring what she had ready out to me, she said to come in to the photo department to pick them up. My dog is 15 1/2 years old. The temperature outside was 91 degrees and she wants me to leave him in the car. How about meeting me at the door and delivering the remaining med tomorrow? This is the second time I've had a major issue with this pharmacy. I'd say it's the last for me, especially when they are violating their own license by allowing folks to go without their prescription medications. No reason for that.
