Outstanding Service and Friendly Team! I absolutely love coming to this Walgreens! The pharmacist with the long dark brown hair and reading glasses is so kind, caring, and genuinely helpful every time I visit. She takes the time to answer questions and makes the whole experience feel personal and professional. The younger girl who checked me in and helped with my paperwork had such a positive attitude and a big smile--she made the process quick and easy! And the sweet girl in the cosmetics area who checked me out was so friendly and upbeat. It's always a pleasant experience at this location. I usually grab a few things for the house--like cotton balls and cosmetics--and it's always nice to be greeted by such warm, welcoming staff. Don't do it! Don't go there!! worst customer service ever. They gave my 84 year old father-in-law the wrong prescription and refused to fix it, a $1200 prescription. On fixed income how can he afford a new one. The Pharmacist said it was right and he never had it filled there before. "He goes there every month and has receipts he has received the right one the last two month." The exact words from the Pharmacist was Your a liar, you need to take this and go. I am taking my business elsewhere. I have been taking the same medication for 17 years and have never had a problem getting my refills until I came to this Walgreens. Service sucks, they treat you like a drug dealer and control your pickup days to the exact day you run out. No more Walgreens in my life I am going back to where I came from! read more

Mainly the pharmacy is the problem. They screwed up my prescription quantity and prescription discount plan and when I went back an hour later, they say they couldn't fix it because they had closed out till for the day. They Said they couldn't do a refund because of the type of prescription I had. And so they had no way to fix it and I just had to eat the cost. I had even called the night before and told them the correct discount plan. read more

I would give 0 if I could... go to Publix Walgreens Pharmacy service is horrible and Keith hides and lies about hiring people. I just came from this Walgreens. I had an appointment for a second Shingles shot. I was told by the pharmacist that he was too busy to provide this service. Arranged transportation for this appointment. Lately there has been long lines to pick up prescriptions. Obviously understaffed. I see a positive review here, but it was 5 years ago. Slowest pharmacy in existence, sorry because as a former Pharmacy Retail Manager this is poorly managed and they let people sit in drive thru so a line of 8 cars builds up. Not the way to do it nor is it the SOP. Sons scrip had a TPR, instead of taking the initiative to solve it they said to call them and the don't answer the phone. We came they fixed it and said it would be two hours before it was ready. What happened to the 15 minute waiter? Seems like Walgreens needs to get back to basics read more

I can't give zero stars or I would. I have a debilitating chronic disease for 27 years now. My digestive system is paralyzed and it's the most horrible pain I've ever experienced, which says a lot considering I caught fire as a child. My husband dropped off my prescription that I picked up from my doctor yesterday because he had forgotten to call in my prescription and I was out of the medication that allows me to stay calm while my husband is accessing a port that is literally keeping me alive. I called my regular pharmacy to see if my prescription was called in and I was advised that they were out of the drug and I had to find another pharmacy for it. This was a really bad month for me and I vomited more medication then I got in myself and I came up one day short on my medication. I called Walgreens that's 8 miles from my home and I was told that they had plenty in stock. When my husband dropped off the prescription at 4, he was told to come back at 6 to pick it up. When he arrived at 6, he was advised that we were out of their service area and there were closer Walgreens to us, why did we come there? Because I am sick and I don't get out much, I have no idea how many Walgreens are in my area. Then they couldn't find my prescription. We got it back and found a Walgreens open to 8, 2 miles closer to my home. I called them to see if they had the drug in stock and was told yes. The pharmacist gave me the 3rd degree as to whether I shopped there regularly. He said that I could pick it up 10 am the next day. I was being put in withdrawal while I was in severe malnutrition. I explained to him that I have been chronically sick for decades and I need this drug for the anxiety and PTSD because of how much I suffer from this disease. He refused to fill it until the next day stating that my insurance wouldn't allow him to refill it one day sooner. I checked with my insurance and I have a standing approval for my medication because they know how badly I suffer. I never slept last night because I was going through withdrawal. I was sweating and vomiting and by 8 am this morning, I was so dehydrated I was vomiting foam. By 9 this morning I begged my husband to go to Walgreens and get my medication. He got there and he was directed to sit down as the pharmacist wanted to speak with him. He was left sitting until 10 am and the pharmacist walked by him to wait on other people who came in after him. My husband approached him only to be told that my insurance didn't cover the medication which I confirmed was not true and based on that, I should have gotten it last night and I wouldn't have almost ended up having to go to the ER. Fortunately I have a port and I could stay in bed all day today and run 2-1000 ml bags of IV fluids and at midnight, I am still in horrible stomach pain from the wrenching and vomiting all through the night and this morning and my head is splitting headache from being up all night. My husband is 68 and I am 64. How dare any Corporation treat a potential customer especially one who presents in Palliative Care as though they are drug abusers and they abused me by not selling me the medication I need to manage my extreme symptoms. I will NEVER enter a Walgreens again and I will tell anyone who listens exactly why. The pharmacists at both stores knew how dangerous it was to just stop taking this medication for a healthy person let alone someone in the condition that I am in. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND LIFE, DO NOT USE WALGREENS FOR ANY MEDICATIONS THAT CAN BE ABUSED (which is quite a list) AS THEY WILL MAKE YOUR TRANSACTION FEEL DIRTY. How dare a Corporation decide not to do what my doctor had no problem supporting. My 65 year old mom woke up not feeling well with congestion and asked me to get her mucinex and a covid test to rule it out. Woman at front desk immediately backed away from me as soon as she finished transaction and pumped 5 pumps of hand sanitizer vigorously sanitizing her hands and glaring at me. As I was walking out she said I don't need to get sick I have grand babies. Very uncalled for. I was embarrassed and I felt extremely judged and I am very healthy for the record! I thought Walgreens was a safe place to buy medicine for to help out a sick person in need. Did not appreciate how she acted. read more

Picked up my last prescription today. Saturday at 10am and the drive-thru line was 7 cars deep so decided to go in the store. One person was in line ahead of me. They had only ONE young guy working both the drive-thru and the inside counter!! He was completely overwhelmed. Someone who appeared to be management came to Pharmacy and I went batshit on her!! Suddenly three people appear out of nowhere and start attending to customers!!! Apparently the "Senior Pharmacy Tech" attends to me and asked me what my problem was. Her words, "This is the way it is since COVID, everyone has to wait". Came home and called CVS to transfer prescriptions and then called Walgreens to let them know they had lost business. Store manager explained that staffing could not keep up with area growth..... DO YOURSELF AND THEIR POOR OVERWORKED STAFF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!! read more

I've been in this Walgreens a few times now and so far it's a decent pharmacy. Prescriptions are ready when said. Even my dogs medicine was ready quickly. Very friendly and helpful people working in the pharmacy. Recently put on a new medication and they called to see if I was ok and if I had any questions. Great follow up. The store itself has most items you would expect from a Walgreens. Makeup, shampoo, paper towels and some food items as well. It's located in front of the Publix Plaza but has its own parking lot with separate entrance. I find this one convenient to use. read more

This is a pretty decent Walgreen's. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. My grandmother, cousin, and I were looking for specific hair products. We also needed some advice and there was a very sweet lady working there who helped us out. The pharmacy is decent as well. It's not the most overly favorite pharmacy I have used but they get the job done. A+ to this Walgreen's! read more

Poorly managed. The pharmacy cannot contain the volume of customers. Their customer service is unapologetic when issues arise. The drive through attendant is rude. The store manager is aware of the situation but does nothing. The lines for the pharmacy inside and outside are long and slow. Asked to come inside when going through the drive-through is not acceptable. Something needs to be done about this place! read more

If zero stars could be granted, that's what I would give. I dropped a PRINTED list of prescriptions with prescription numbers and names to be transferred from CVS, and here I am an entire WEEK later still waiting at the prescription counter for my prescriptions to be transferred and filled. The pharmacist finally decided today, RIGHT NOW to call CVS and start the transfer process. Incompetent pharmacists and business in general who don't want my business. It's a one and done here for me. Done with Walgreens and will post this incompetence on all other social media. read more

I was the third car in the drive thru and like usual, each car takes about 5 minutes to do there order. Once I got to the window, everyone disappeared and no one was at the walk up inside the store. I pressed the "help" button three times and never got acknowledged, every 5 minutes. I finally called inside the store and a young mans voice said," they are busy at the walk up window. I responded p, " I can see he window and no one is there and I'm the first car at the drive up window. He responds, "then it must be them fixing our computers then". After a 18 minute wait, I finally got waited on and my order filled. My question is, who decided it was a good idea to fix the computers in the middle of the day? read more

You can find pretty much everything dog rawhide, an entire aisle of fishing gear (poles to rigging to bait containers), tons of cosmetics, As Seen On TV items, canned goods, magazines, beer and wine, cooking and dining, Pine Island attire....the list goes on. This Walgreens is also a good place for people watching. Seriously. Service is good - readily made a change with no questions asked to a product that was not ringing up Buy 1 Get 1. Typically only one check out line, though. If someone is behind the counter in Cosmetics they will ring all of your items up. Overall prices are about the same as CVS. Some items I think Walgreens is trying to be premium and there is a big difference in price (example - reading glasses). read more

They are okay in the pharmacy, is all I would say about them. Their customer service stinks! While waiting for RX'S to be filled they say it will be 15 min. And I've waited and waited! And I'm not the only one. They see you sitting there but don't call your name. The last time a gentleman was there with his older mother. They finally went up and asked about their order and said they couldn't wait any longer. They looked and they had it ready but didn't call them up. So after they left I asked about mine...it was ready too! When you're sick you don't want to sit there waiting! You don't have the energy to do it. They've done this several times to me and to my daughter. I had a new RX for my husband and after going to pick it up 3 times, with them having issues regarding it all 3 times I finally received it. I asked the clerk why was there a problem EVERY time I go into Walgreens and she I don't know, ma'am, I just don't know. I will give them another chance, and if their customer service doesn't improve, I'm going to change pharmacies. They are not the only place in town! read more
