This is my club. It's always clean and well staffed. Service desk staff are good. I like the Sam's app that I use in the store for my check out. The carts are regularly collected from the parking lot and readily available. They have a liquor store attached to the main store. They sell beer and wine, which is very convenient. They have a pharmacy, fuel station and an optical section. My only complaint is the parking lot as it is very difficult to get out of with only one exit. read more

Upon visiting the store today, to purchase produce, the lettuce and the spinach looked like garbage. This store, in terms of produce is really going downhill. Many of the selections were outdated and shouldn't have been on the shelves. This store has to do better. It used to be a good place to shop but not anymore. read more

It's been 15 years since I was last inside a Sam's Club but my Mom handed me a shopping list and her membership card and here I am. The physical layout and the massive big box design hasn't changed much but the products inside sure have. Pharmacy, over-the-counter and personal care, computers and electronics including large screen televisions, jewelry, books, and clothing. Then lots of high cube storage with just about everything from laundry detergent to mattresses and maple syrup. What seems to have changed are the huge bunkers of steaks and smoked salmon, fresh and frozen vegetables and fruits, sauces and dips and all sorts of other stuff. The only reason I'm not a member of Sam's is that I really don't need this sort of quantity. But for sure, capitalism is alive and well. This is amazing. Store manager 'Mitch' is extremely rude and unprofessional. Drove 15 minutes to grab a specific bottle of alcohol. I showed up a few minutes before closing time and they already had the doors locked. I kindly explained I drove 15 minutes and it isn't closing time yet, there were a few minutes left before closing with only one person checking out. I was literally looking at the bottle with my payment in hand ready to pay. It is not right to lock your doors 5 minutes before closing time and not allow people to come in for a quick 30 second transaction even before closing time. Mitch was extremely irate and rude to me for no reason. He said the registers lock after 8 and there were still 3 minutes before 8. My transaction would of definitely been quicker than 3 minutes. Absolutely speechless and appalled at how horrendous the poor the customer service, leadership, and management is here. Huge thumbs down. Would be great if someone could flag this to corporate. DO NOT be scammed by the ATT guys selling phones at Sams Club. They will tell you what you want to hear then your bill will be twice as much. Total scam and needs to be shut down. Was told my bill would be $100 ended up being $170 plus I even took a screen shot of what I was quoted see below. I was also told that with my trade in I would only owe $100 on each phone .....which was a lie. The $700 credit they give comes off of your monthly bill. I needed 2 new tires and even though they had a full schedule, they still added me to their schedule. I have never seen a more professional and kind group of gentleman in an auto center. The very next day, I ran over a nail and one of my new tires was completely flat! This happened after the auto center was already closed. Matt, one of the mechanics, was still in the shop (although his shift was over) he didn't even hesitate with fixing my tire. I buy steak and chicken for my dogs. Yes they are very lucky dogs. I have been buying meat at this store for awhile now. There were no bottom steaks (@$2.98 lb.) at the store yesterday. Actually there wasn't much at all in the meat cases. This sirloin tip was in the case, I asked one of the butchers if he could slice it for me, he stated they had a new policy. He could slice it, but instead of the $2.98 lb. price, I would have to pay $4.70 lb. for the same piece of meat. HE WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME $20.78 EXTRA to slice this sirloin tip. THIS IS WRONG. I'm so glad that they've finally got a Sam's in Cape Coral. No more having to pay the bridge toll to go into Fort Myers to shop at that Sam's Club. I'm a fan of Sam's & Costco, I think both have positives & negatives. This location is open & airy. The floors look almost bluish with the concrete they used. The store is about the same size as the other Sam's Club stores. I visited the place on a Sunday at 11am & they had tons of people out with samples. Lots of Florida gear here as you'd expect. Tons of water sports gear & things for lounging in the sun. I come down to Cape Coral probably twice a year to visit my parents in the winter. Coming from Nashville, we don't have wine sales in our Sam's Club & it's nice to see all the wine selections here along with the lower prices than what we have up in Tennessee. They also have a Sam's run liquor store with some great prices on hard liquor. You don't need a membership card to purchase liquor in the liquor store. They've also got a larger bourbon/whiskey selection than we have up in Kentucky where I'm from. read more

This review is for Sam's club pharmacy. Lack of communication between Sam's club and employees. I made an appointment for my sister to get a Pfizer's booster shot at this location because it's available. We drove 32 miles/ONE WAY to get here and to be turned away by the pharmacy technician because he said it must be a FULL 6 months (she was 4 days short) from the 2nd shot in order to get the booster shot. I told him I heard on the news that we can get the booster shot earlier now, otherwise, why Sam's online appointment gave my sister an appointment if she's not qualified? He then consulted with the pharmacist and she said NO, must be 6 months, rule is rule. Well, BOTH of THEM WERE WRONG. FYI, CDC said you can get a Pfizer booster shot if your 2nd shot is 5 months apart. I went online to make an appointment with a CVS near my house (you don't have to because walk-in is available everywhere), within an hour, my sister got her booster shot. Thank you CVS, your pharmacy technician is awesome and SHAME ON YOU, Sam's club. You need to communicate and update all the RULES with your employees. This is the reason why you are ALWAYS BEHIND Costco. I can't wait for Costco to be built near me and believe me, I won't be hesitate to cut ties with you. When the membership renewal is approaching, I will think twice because BJ's just have a grand opening and it's only 2 miles from my house. read more

My wife and I visited the Sam's Club on Pine Island Road, Cape Coral FL had pleasant shopping experience sampling the foods etc. My problem is and this seems to me to be an ongoing problem. Every time we get on line the cashier is selling either an upgrade which delays the check out and my visit on Aug. 3, 2019 not only was the cashier trying to sell upgrades in membership she was also trying to get member's to sign up for a Sam's Club credit card again delaying the line. Now it was my turn to pay and of course the selling of an upgrade to plus I said NO but that was not good enough the cashier persisted and of course I get louder saying NO again after the third time my order was processed and we could finally leave. After over 15 minutes of waiting there was only 1 other person ahead of us. read more

The store as a whole is great and fine from my experience, but this is for the seafood department: I don't know what's going on with you all, but something needs to be done about the raw fish. 2/5 Salmons we've bought from this location smelled rancid and we wanted to cook them the same day we bought them. Sams started senior concierge service today and I got to be their first customer. I sincerely applaud this layer of protection and help they are providing for us. And I can't begin to tell you how nice it was to be greeted with such beautiful smiles after being cooped up for so long! I have been a member for over 25+ years, and yes the senior thing is nice if they had what you are looking for. As I fit into two (2) of the high risk groups (I'm in my late 70's & had cancer-low immune), I only go when I must, and it's a 45 min drive each way. They have not had any of the safety PPE material in the store in the past 60 days. I saw a store employee leaving with a package of Lysol wipes and ask her about it, she said they got a few in early in the morning and the employees grabbed them. I know everyone needs this kind of thing but what good is the senior program if the employees grab everything you need before you can get there? I would be willing to place an order and wait for the stuff to come in, I cannot afford (Health wise) to make dozens of trips just to check if something came in at this time. I would like 1 bottle of Alcohol, 1 box of gloves, 1 pack of Lysol wipes, is that too much to ask? I would be glad to prepay for the items and come get them when they come in - is that asking too much? I also cook my dogs food which is primarily Chicken breast and would purchase the 10-15 lb bags twice a month. The last two times I was in I could get a larger bag at Publix. Nice clean looking store, nice people, but in this time of health danger, a Real disappointment. read more

If I could give less of a star I would. Felt with the 1800 number back and forth and emailed "people in charge" basically had no resolution. They eventually closed the claim on their own stating that my issues were to be directed to the store manager. The pharmacist, pharmacy manager, and store manager at this location should be ashamed. Once my membership runs out I will not be renewing. I have such a discontent with sams at this point I won't even shop there. Go to COSTCO!!!!!! The worst company setup I have ever dealt with. Had to stop into a store to sign up which isn't a big deal. As primary I asked to get individual cards,so one card getting lost or an employee leaving would not require all new cards. They said they set it up. I never received a card. We are a Sam's plus member. THIS IS A WARNING, DON'T PAY WITH CASH. we joined before they opened , anyway we never use are points. We always use them to pay next years membership. We made the mistake if paying cash and found out how crooked the cashiers are. She asked do you want to use your points to pay. No we use them for membership. Paid her and left. My husband got on line a week or so later to use the points to pay our membership. We only had a few, then we relized what that cashier did to us. Went to the store and because we didnt have receipt, we are out 100 dollars. I know they should be able to look at our account and check it out. Haven't paid for next years dont know if we will. I stopped by and asked to get my tire pressures checked as my TPS light had come on. I purchased the tires at a Sam's Club in Cincinnati, Ohio. There were 2 or 3 employees sitting down listening to very loud music and there were no cars in any of the bays. One of the employees threw an air hose outside and sat back down. Good prices. Only complaints, gas is same price at Metro or Race Trac. Cashiers double swipe items and you have to wait on line to correct. Once is ok but three times is a problem. One time they forgot to swipe an item. Did the right thing and waited to pay for the item. Over all it's okay, but you have to stay on top of the cashiers. read more

I am going to recommend the food here. First the roasted chicken. 5 bucks. For a single person you have 5-6 meals. A leg, chicken salad, a sandwich, stir fry and use bones for a soup.
