I usually try to be self-sufficient when shopping and avoid bothering employees with questions, as most store information can be found online. However, Walgreens does not provide aisle information for products, so I had to ask a store associate for help locating emesis bags. The first employee I approached looked disheveled--his uniform was wrinkled and stained, which was already off-putting. When I asked about the emesis bags, he had no idea what they were. I tried explaining: Me: "Bags used for nausea or dry heaving." Him: "Huh?!?" Me: "Vomiting bags." Him: "Oh, the throw-up bags should be along the back wall." I searched but couldn't find them, so I attempted to ask another employee for assistance. Unfortunately, he was wearing iPod earbuds and was unapproachable. Eventually, I located the item on my own, paid, and left. The lack of professionalism and basic product knowledge from employees was disappointing. My vet asked me to go to a regular Pharmacy to get my dogs cough medicine since they were on back order. Went to Walgreens to see if they could help, the person at the Pharmacy had no information but took my prescription. They asked me to have my vet fax the Pharmacy the prescription (they faxed it twice and noted it was successful.) Every time I called to see if they were able to complete it, I was met with "no we don't have it" or "we never received it" and when I asked for more information, I never got it and was told to have them send it again! I only went because I read Walgreens gladly accepted pet prescriptions. Don't believe it for one second. read more

Have been customer at this Walgreens for years. Pharmacy customer service has hit rock bottom. Bad enough Walgreens app is no longer reliable, so to try to call pharmacy and refill prescriptions is a joke. Staff is extremely rude and argumentative. After years of filling prescriptions, not to mention the revenue Walgreens has made from our families very expensive medications, its as if they are going out of their way to lose loyal customers. This is the worst walgreens in the system. It's really insane how poorly managed this store is. I'm so sad that my work switched health care providers so I'm forced to use Walgreens. This Walgreens has one of the worst employees ever. Literally, this woman gives be grief every single time I go in there because I use coupons. She tries to make up her own rules about why I can or cannot use a specific coupon and even register rewards that the store gave me for purchasing something. I understand their coupon policy and I abide by it. But this cashier makes my shopping experience there the absolute worse! The other employees are nice and welcoming but this one just makes the environment so hostile for no reason at all. I've ignored it a few times but I'm done. I've called corporate and hopefully they will do something about it. read more

Just moved to the area and decided to use this Walgreens. When they don't have a prescription in stock on Monday they tell you they'll order it and it'll be in Wednesday. When you call to check the status on Wednesday they tell you they actually didn't order it, but can order it, and it'll be here next week. Then say "what we can do for you is you can call around to different pharmacies and see if they have it in stock and then you can call your doctor and have them call it in to that pharmacy" When they could have just said "we're bad at this and there is nothing we can do to help you, but if you would like more of your time wasted and your prescription delayed some more, I'd be happy to do that for you" read more

When ever the stars align I get a decent experience. However that is very infrequent. The past 3 visits have been laughable. They can't seem to keep the authorization for my daily prescription in their files. I show up to pick my prescription and am once again told they are waiting my doctors ok. He had just Told them 6 more months last month. Worst part is I ordered it last week and show up to not have it filled. Zero communication about this from Walgreens. It's after hours and doctor can't be reached till tomorrow. Worst customer service possible. Thank you for total disregard of a customer that has prescription filled every month with you for years. Looks like you would prefer me take my visits and business elsewhere. read more

I like the pharmacists here. I work by this Walgreens, so I've stopped by when I've felt sick to get pharmacist advice on over the counter medications to address my symptoms (whether it be stuffy nose, red eyes, deep cough, etc.). The pharmacists are nice and fairly patient. I've had photos printed here - and they come out great and are reasonably priced. Knowing that they make a lot of money from the mark-up on convenience items, they still are not outrageously priced. I'd rather pop in here than a Walmart due to it being less crowded, and pay just a pinch more to get in and out with what I need. They have lots of holiday items and gift items which helps for a last-minute "uh-oh, I forgot it was Boss's day!" issues. read more

Walgreens rips you off on prescriptions. 6-10 times more expensive than Albertsons or Walmart Pharmacy's prices for same prescription. I wasted literally hundreds of dollars believing they were giving proper discounts. Shame on me for my trust. read more

Friendly staff, fast checkout, clean store. However, something is always off with their pricing. I can never get their advertised prices because their cash register machines always ring a different price than what is being advertised. Also, there have been a few instances where they added sales tax on groceries I purchased even though Texas doesn't charge sales tax on groceries. read more

Really friendly cashier, fast checkout. For some reason, this particular Walgreen's was stocked with a specific Palmer's Fade Cream that I couldn't find at my local Walgreen's. Their very helpful website can help you find stock of your favorite health and beauty product at other store branches (unlike their across-the-street competitor CVS). Way to go on the placement of the Coconut M&Ms...I would never have known such a thing existed until I spotted it at the checkout stand :-). This store sits on the southwest corner of the busy Keller Springs/Josey Lane intersection so getting in and out during rush hour can be a wait. read more

I ordered Xmas cards prepaid in Nov. The order said they would be delivered to the store on 12.11. I called the store to make sure they were there. After 30 minutes they found the order and said they were in transit and knew nothing else. I tried the chat and after 10 minutes she could not find anything. I called customer service and was transferred only to be told that I was breaking up so she couldn't help. It does not matter what part of Walgreens I deal with it is the run around. Customer service does not exist I give up. I will be charging the cards back for non recipient. No more Walgreens for me. I see there are many bad reviews. read more

Pharmacist is not very helpful. Asked for assistance with a savings card for a specific medication that she was unfamiliar with. I ended up paying the copay when I should not have had to pay. read more

Excellent service and staff!!! The pharmacist took the time to tell me about each and every one of her cats. She was so sweet. She said she was saving up to own her own cat sanctuary where she could rescue cats. She also showed me her cat calendar and gave me a cute cat pic. She knows a lot about cats and drugs. Pharmacy was rude and hung up on me. Late night worker forced me to yell what I needed from a lock box down an isle. It was embarrassing and the worker had a bad attitude and was too lazy to walk down the isle to help me. I work in customer service and this location, with the exception of one really nice pharmacy worker, is lacking severely in customer service. Will not be giving them my business again. read more

Where do I start, rude staff, incompetent manager that doesn't know what he is talking about and couldn't explain to me why WALGREENS have false advertisement on their stickers next to the products. I asked him why the sticker said I could receive 5,000 points if I bought $15.00 on AXE products, which I did I bought 3 of them for $5.49 each. I asked him why am I Not getting my points? Uhhhh well uhhh it seems you didn't buy $15.00, yes I did I showed him my receipt and still didn't care to fix it. Why do you guys have false advertisement and then have managers that don't know what they are doing or aren't able to fix anything or dont care to do it.
