Annette is awful!!! She will make you feel like a pos drug addict for not wanting to run out of needed medication! If you ask questions your a low life idiot. On top of her attitude they have caused issues with my insurance filling medications at the wrong location and cancelling and requesting refills too soon!! I guess I'll be the first 5 star. I moved here from a different state in June. I went thru 4 Walgreens's and walmart before I found this Walgreens that has been nothing but excellent to me. Annette was the manager that convinced me to give them a try after every single nightmare I had with the other Walgreens. I haven't regretted it since. Just so everyone knows, I have been a customer of Walgreens for over 25 years. They are just as rare to find a good one in other states as well! I don't know what it is with this company, but previous Walgreens have brought me so much stress. When you find a good one, and you will, stick with them even thru random mistakes. It'll be worth it in the long run. Finding a decent pharmacy today is like winning the lottery. And I whole heartedly mean that. I could write pages and pages of rotten experiences from this company. They've brought me to tears. I'm just grateful I didn't give up. This branch has lovely, patient staff. They've filled when they said they would. And they deserve people to give them a chance. I have nothing negative to say about this group of pharmacists and their assistants. read more

I waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, finally got to the window and they pulled the blind and wouldn't help me. I had to do without my scripts after all that time. I even went in and they wouldn't help me. Another time I went to pick up my scripts and they wanted to charge me for them over $300.00. I have zero co-pay. I called my insurance company and come to find out they had not run any of my scripts through on my insurance. I was highly upset. Needless to say, another trip into town which was unnecessary because of their incompetence. I have contacted the corporate office which has done absolutely no good. I am very disappointed and the other pharmacy in town is worse than this. read more

If you need customer service at this Walgreens and the sale associates name is Dottie, run the other way. This older female tried to belittle me and make me feel like I made a mistake in asking for the rest of my order that SHE left out. I picked up an order and was missing half of it so I went back to get it because people make mistakes, we're human. She had the audacity to tell me that I made the mistake even though I had the receipt. She said she credited half the order back without notifying me but it still was showing I paid for both. Conveniently when we were at the cash register while she was "looking up my order," I get a notification that I'm being refunded for the remainder of my order. Honestly she is probably the reason I won't be coming back. I'd rather drive the extra 20 minutes to the next pharmacy than have to deal with someone like her. Ps. If you are young or dress religiously you'll feel discriminated by her I promise. read more

They are slow to fill prescriptions. Takes way too long to get the meds ready. The line for meds were 2-3 people in line and 5 cars waiting in line outside . I needed a script filled .it's one pill for me to take before my dr appt tomorrow.. they never filled it. Now I have to wait til tomorrow . They said it'll be ready at 11. I told them it would have to be well before 11. Basically told . Well sorry . It had better be ready read more
