I had a deluxe diamond glow facial today with Tiffany and it was the absolute best experience! Not only did my skin come out glowy, supple, and super hydrated but I got the most relaxing facial you could ever ask for. The ambiance of the room is wonderful. Very calming. It smelled lightly of essential oils, mediation music played gently in the background as the a night sky of lights twinkled softly above. Tiffany was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I still can't get over how great my skin looks and feels. I absolutely would recommend this to anyone and will be returning! The only reason I did not give five stars is I've had facial balancing done in the past and unfortunately ended up very imbalanced with one of my brows dropping significantly and my lip filler was placed I think a little to superficially so it gave the appearance of slight blistering after a couple weeks. I did have laser done as well that and that went very well! I will absolutely be returning to Bella for all my skincare needs for sure! The office itself is so clean and really beautiful. Went here to try to repair some self-inflicted damage that I had done to my face from some DIY products I had found on Amazon. Without posting pictures, I had some chemical burns that I needed to get rid of. I went there with the mindset that I was going to get a mild peel and some microdermabrasion. I figured that would fix it, even shaved my beard in preparation for it - completely baby face. Daphney was my aesthetician and after a consultation she stated that the mild (mild since I didn't want to be peeling like that working with the public) peel I wanted and the microdermabrasion would have little to no effect due to how "deep" the burns were. I was honestly a little devastated - I had shaved for nothing. LOL. She came back with this cream that said it would it would peel and I could focus it only on spots that I needed to. Even though her recommendation was saving me money,which is a plus - I honestly thought she was hyping up this cream, it wouldn't do anything, and just going the easy way out. I didn't see much about this cream online other than it is popular in overseas countries. She told me to start putting it on every third day overnight - so of course, I put it on every night. At first I didn't see any results, but then it started to peel and only on the spots that put. At first I thought it was just interacting with the burn - but then I put the lotion on random spots just to see and those spots started to have a peeling effect. I had results within two weeks - people forgot that I even had those burns when I saw them again - it was extremely obvious when people say me.  I only used a fraction of the product, like 1/10 before I got to where I needed to be. Even though I didn't get what I wanted from Daphney, I got what I needed and she saved me money in the long run. Only thing that would be interesting if they added services for their bearded male clients. I've seen some spas offer discounted spa services for bearded men since they are only getting half the face done. But definitely would go back in the future read more

January of 2022, I went to a Bella Medical Spa and had a procedure performed to remove those pesky brown spots on my face. Ya know, those age spots. I notified them a few weeks later that it wasn't healing correctly. They suggested a chemical peel. I asked to speak to the doctor who owns the facility, and he suggested a microneedling procedure to "work out the issue." Since I spoke to the "doctor" (he is licensed), I assumed they would correct the issue. I was drug around for a year (too late to sue for medical malpractice) and later found out the young lady that performed the procedure is not licensed to use the machine. Only after they were discussing me in front of patients in the office (real professional behavior). Be very careful with what you allow them to do and who is actually licensed. They take no responsibility for damaging your complexion after the fact. read more

Tori is fantastic! I received Laser for spot removal, last month. This month we are doing microneedling, the procedure was pain free, and I was sent home with some great at home care to be applied over the next couple of days. My goal is to eliminate as many pesky wrinkles as I can, and firm up my skin a little. I will be undergoing at least 3 or 4 more treatments. Will revisit laser again for spots at some point too. I went for a PRP Microneedling procedure here for the first time. I had previous PRP facials done in Nashville with Nurse Practioners at Dr. JJ Wendel for $680 a procedure. When I found out Bella Medical Spa was cheaper at $450, included active duty military discount, as well as being open on weekends, I was sold. However, the experience was definately more painful and my face was a very deep Red for 2 days, unlike my experience at Dr. JJ Wendel. Bella is a beautiful space, has friendly staff, but if it is your first time doing PRP and don't mind spending the money, I'd reccomend trying elsewhere b/c it was super painful at this location and I'd like to say I handle pain well. read more

Let me start by saying that I have wanted lip injections for YEARS but have always talked myself out of it due to a fear of pain. Please be advised that my cosmetic work was $400 for a MAXIMUM of four treatments. I needed major corrective work and realized that it would be a big job. Didn't they recognize this also? I do not recall that anything like MAXIMUM of 4 treatments was mentioned when I made the initial payment. Now they say that I may have one "extra" treatment, and after that I need to pay $100 more for each additional appointment. Wouldn't it be more professional to explain this in the beginning? My face looks worse now than it did when I first started. read more
