She was always friendly and never belittling and really felt genuine about wanting to help me to feel beautiful again. Eyebrows are a little pricey at $20 in comparison to other places, but since she really tailored my eyebrows to MY face and I was finally happy with my eyebrows, I felt it was actually worth the price.
