This Walgreens was one of the only stores around with stock. I was hoping for a quick transaction, in and out. Instead, I had a bizarre experience. The nasal spray was locked. I asked the employee stocking inventory in the aisle to please unlock the shelf when she has a chance. She was not pleasant at all, scanned me up and down multiple times. After she returned with the key, she said that she must carry the spray to the checkout and I must follow her very sternly. I've been to this and other stores, but this is the first time someone had to carry a locked item to the checkout. It was strange, but I was ok with it and just wanted to expeditiously get my item. I stopped to look at other items I originally came in for (gift wrap) on my way to checkout. I then noticed a tense gaze at me from employees. I decided then that this is a very strange experience and I will not be purchasing any additional items here. At checkout, three (!) employees completed my checkout while just staring at me and ensuring that the transaction would go through. It's about my millionth time at this Walgreens. All my transactions go through and I am pretty routine in my purchase. I come in very frequently to buy various items. All previous ones were pretty poor in terms of service but this one just crossed the line. I don't understand this targeted behavior for someone who walked in, walked right up to the aisle, asked to unlock the item, wanted to check out, and get a few more items. How can one transaction derail to this extent? I'm pretty upset about this experience and won't return. I'm sharing here so others know what to anticipate from this location. It's disheartening.

I returned to CVS to make purchase I was unable to complete earlier in the week because the pos…read morewasn't working. The worker,a younger man, told me it is because my card was damaged.(It's not.) I went back to the pharmacy & there was a long line of people waiting to be rung out, so I left. I go back today. Same employee same issue. Again he told me my card was damaged. I told him it was their pos & I told him he should notify his manager. He replied "It's not my job." I asked how is it not your job to notify a manager that what you need to do your job is broken. I proceed to talk & he interrupts me everytime I was me I was being rude. I assure you, I was not. And even if I were it doesn't warrant him being rude & unprofessional. I was in corporate customer service, sworn at, called names,screamed at & I was never rude. Because no matter what, my job was to provide a excellent service to clients. When I asked the young man if the pharmacy was open, he told me "I'm not going to tell you because you were being rude." I then requested to speak with the manager. The manager confirmed the pos was not working & had been problematic since they have been installed. I explained I patronized CVS for years & I have never received rude service. It's clear cashier 1322688 does not want to work. He was content with the pos not working which is why he didn't report so he wouldn't have to ring people out. Not reporting an issue that does not allow you to do your job is theft of time. Additionally, he told me he wasn't going to provide me service. To me,that's quitting your job. If he isn't emotionally stable enough to handle a calm customer, I can only imagine how he would handle angry customer because he is reactive & escalates situations, when he should be deescalating. He is a liability.

Workers are miserable and take it out on others for simply asking questions or trying to purchase items when there is no one at the counters. If you dislike your job that much, you should work somewhere else. No need to be disrespectful. Wish I got the workers name, but this occurred around 20 minutes ago and it was an older woman who decided to work the register after she realized there were people waiting. Raised her voice and started to yell for no reason. You should not be in a customer service position.

I have been treated very badly by one of the pharmacists many times. She always snaps at me and other customers. I am tired of being spoken to in a such a rude, brusque manner. The next time I go there to pick up a prescription if she is working I will go home an come back another day when she is not there. I will go elsewhere this year for my flu and Covid shots because of her. Not the pharmacy techs, this is one of the Pharmacists.

I have been visiting this store for years, and always genuinely get surprised about the poor customer experience. Layout: The store is generally organized like other CVS locations. Some exceptions include eye solution and other medicines that live in a corner by the pharmacy. The store is not very clean most days. Inventory: The inventory levels just depend. I usually shop for medical supplies, allergy, and cold medications. I almost always have great trouble finding the basics like Benadryl or Tylenol. Large percentage of the inventory is locked and there is no one to ask for assistance. Pharmacy/Minute Clinic: The service is very dismissive, uncaring, and with no sense of urgency. This is true for both pharmacy and minute clinic, but is really bad at the pharmacy. I heard complaints in line about medications not being available, wrong/generic medications provided, and wait time. I always witness and experience problems. Personally, I enjoy no part of pharmacy interactions. I never feel like I can ask questions, staff and pharmacists just walk away mid-conversation. I almost always have a problem with refill dates or additional questions/approvals to the doctor. Wait times are long even without the line. Frequently it's suggested that I return hours or days later for medications to be filled. Most of the staff is not friendly. Check-in tablet doesn't work as expected. Staff never picks up the phone. At lunchtime, the drive thru window just closes without regard about lines. There is no patient care, collaboration, or prioritization. It always takes considerable amount of time to resolve any pharmacy issues or have routine medications filled Service: The store service is non-existent. There is rarely anyone working at checkout. Most customers go to self-checkout, experience issues with the checkout machines, and wait. Asking someone a question on the store floor is not very welcome. Simply said, the store is mismanaged. The Good: The store now has Fuel and Go stand for quick and healthy snacks. It's a convenient way to find something quickly especially en route to work or on a road trip. Cute fall decor! Parking Lot: Large parking lot is available with access from Cedar Rd and South Green Rd. Exercise caution as both street tend to have traffic. It's not always easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Overall, I don't recommend this store. The service here is extremely poor and self-serve is your best option. Expect to wait everywhere - pharmacy, minute clinic, and store. Personally, I'm looking for alternative locations because of consistent lack of customer focus.

I was just at this CVS trying to drop off a package for UPS. The front desk lady initiated a very…read morelong conversation with the customer in front of me while I was waiting in line. That customer turned out to be a mechanic. She then told me that her scanner had signed out and she could not accept the packages. It turns out that it would have just taken some time for her to sign in. She did not want to do that. Why? Because she wanted to get her car checked out by the mechanic, there and then. The worker LEFT the cashier stand in front of me and went to the parking lot. to get her car checked by the mechanic. Unbelievable.
