I REPEATED I just want to know if particular procedures were even done at Aim Dental. She repeated many times she didn't know. I asked a few times to speak to someone else who could just answer the question. Rather than give the phone to an informed employee, she HUNG UP!!! This was the worst customer service I have ever received!!! Why does Aim Dental have someone answer phone calls that is totally unprofessional and can't answer a simple question?!!!!

Furthermore, they have very limited selection. I often leave with my grocery list half filled because they don't seem to carry the things I need and I'm able to get from other stores. Additionally, their produce is the absolute worst. I once bought an artichoke there for $4.99 it couldn't be cut with a knife because it was so tough and the entire thing had to be thrown away after boiling for longer than usual to be able to cut through it, but I was unsuccessful. It was just too tough. In my opinion, their apples are old and most likely in the freezer for more than a year because when you squeeze them, they're on the soft side and wrinkly. grapes are soft. They're often out of broccoli, with no exception when you buy a basket of strawberries buried in the center are moldy ones. I bought shredded chicken that was expensive but when I got home underneath the very thin top layer of shredded chicken were tough chunks. If I wanted to shred my own, I would've bought chicken and shredded them and wouldn't have paid high price for what they called shredded chicken, but it was not shredded chicken. I've often seen old expired food. And besides all that you pay more at Hannaford than you do it any of the other grocery stores in the area. Hannaford is the worst.

In this day and age, uncrowded conditions, speed of service, ample parking are my gold standards of shopping. Everyone here is friendly. The manager Pam sets the tone for friendliness and efficiency. The weekly sales shelf-talkers are always up-to-date. The folks in the pharmacy are fantastic and very informative. Rite Aid forever, CVS never!
