It's so ridiculous to be on the phone for the pharmacy for 50 minutes and supposedly only have 1 caller ahead of you! As I was on hold I randomly get a message saying sorry we are experiencing some difficulties and phone hangs up!! I call again as there is a "supposed" insurance problem but never have I had an issue in past and my son needs his dose for prescription within 24 hours, so of course this is an emergency hence why I decide to call again. Now all of a sudden there is 3 callers ahead and eventually moves down to 1 and I'm on hold already for 30 minutes, but no answer and to my shocker at 46 minutes being on hold the same message is said and boom the phone hangs up AGAIN!! Do not recommend this pharmacy at all!! You can hear when they pick up and put me on hold immediately! I understand being busy but don't let the phone hang up after being on hold for so long! read more

Oh my goodness! This pharmacy line was over 10 people long! Maybe that was why I was on hold for over two hours when I called the other day (never did speak with anyone, just stayed on hold while I worked and listened to lovely hold music). Today when I arrived, I tried to go through the pharmacy drive through but it was closed do to short staffing (had a sign on window) and then I go inside and the line is outrageous. We'll see how fast it moves, at this point I have been standing in line 20 minutes. Parking was easy, they have their own lot. Not impressed when a store has a pharmacy line this long and don't answer their phone. Need to staff the pharmacy better. Have the drive through open, more people working in general. Especially in the evening when people are off work and go to pick up there prescriptions. Last complaint (I think, hope), while standing in the pharmacy line, a worker starts mopping the floor and the cleaning chemicals....holy! Strong! Are you sure you diluted them properly? Maybe you shouldn't be mopping with that stuff while standing right next to customers! Well, at least we are all in line at the pharmacy - maybe they can throw in some meds to help when inhaling toxic fumes. Dear lord, I hope this line moves before I drop from the fumes. I have an extremely high tolerance/patience, I have worked retail before. I have been trying to get a refill for over a week that keeps getting canceled, my provider has even resubmitted it. This store is a nightmare in all departments. I've been here about 10 times over the last two years and I've never had a positive experience. Most recently, i ordered a simple 8x10 photo online with a "same day" pick up in store. Three days later i got an email stating it was ready for pick up. Arriving at the store i see boxes of pictures, canvas prints sitting on top of cigarettes, cases of white folders containing 8x10s, it was a complete cluster of a failed organization system. The cashier spent 15 minutes searching for my photo by continuing to ask what name it was under and what number was it under. She said the computer showed it was cancelled. When i showed her the email i received she shuffled through things for a 5th time and admitted it was printed but she simply couldn't find it. She went on to explain the printing machine was "down for several days but is back up again", which was probably the 3rd time i've heard this in the past 6 months. She offered to call the person who printed it but i told her "don't bother, if you find it just shred it". It's a little unclear why cashiers are responsible for working the printing machines and gathering, trimming or sorting photos while also tending to other customers. I remember a time when photo printing use to be an art. This is either a massive failure on Walgreens management or corporate policies. The fact they are advertising same-day pick up is nearly comical. If you want photos printed, you are better off going to the Shutterfly website and just paying for shipping. The problems go beyond the photo shop. I've gotten several vaccines here over the last 2 years and i always try to be smart by booking the appointment online in advance, which I'm finding out doesn't actually do anything. Arriving at the pharmacy with an appointment i've seen signs stating they were at lunch, or waited extended period of time for seemingly no reason, or i was told the vaccine ran out and i "should have gotten an email" (which i never did). Or they re-ask literally all the info i entered into the website which totally defeats the purpose. If you ever consider going to this location and happen to see this review, consider yourself lucky i just saved you a headache and avoid them at all costs. read more

No wifi, (Only for Employees) no customer service, ran with mainly young employees and just an overpriced retail store. We came to pick up our yearly Christmas cards and none of the young ladies could find my file. I gave everyone my last name and the phone number was the store's phone number. I gave them an order number and they did finally find my file. I didn't like that this Walgreens didn't have any wifi, it's one of the worst signal ever and just so inconvenient!! The only thing I enjoyed was the custom Christmas cards! It was so beautiful. read more

I want to apologize to the wonderful people who work for Walgreens for putting up with self entitled shit head customers who think everything should revolve around their ridiculous holiday greeting card order (that no one wants to receive in the mail, trust me). I stood behind a woman who was bitching at the poor cashier about them not being able to find her greeting card order. Held up the entire line for 10 min. The cashier called up the manager, the manager asked the lady to show her the confirmation email, only to point out the fact that the lady had sent it to the wrong store but it was the way the manager said it that made the rest of us in line giggle. To the manager with red hair, you go girl! Professional and confidence is admirable. Ladies and gentlemen, take it easy on retail employees. Absolute WORST pharmacy and instead of maybe figure out how to do better, they just blame the other stores in the area for not having a pharmacist. When you look in to the pharmacy itself, it's a complete shit show, completely unorganized, and you can see how they have to search through bins to find meds that they have no system whatsoever. Someone is gonna get the wrong meds one of these days, assuming they can get theme filled here. I mean from a management standpoint who sends half their staff on lunch breaks at 5pm when everybody else is getting off work and coming to your pharmacy? What genius manager decided that one? It took them 5 days to figure out that my doctor left them 2 voicemails to have my meds filled before I ran out last week. Im lucky they weren't heart meds or insulin or something I need to live, it's only my meds for complex PTSD so that's not a priority for this pharmacy. The line to actually pick up meds wraps around the inside of their store and it took me an hour to pick up my meds, they were supposedly ready but after an hour in line they still had to go through 5 or 6 boxes to find my meds. Their drive through is closed, and on the rare chance it might open, it's only for Covid tests, so if you're disabled from 2 spinal surgeries and can't stand well for an hour, this Walgreens doesn't care and is not about to help make your $200 purchase to them any easier, you're gonna go inside with all the other sick people and stand in an hour line to get your needed meds. Oh and this was after having to fight with them for almost a week to get them to listen to their voicemails. They blamed my doctor for a week. And kept telling me they never had a prescription for me. All while I ran out of meds that keep my complex ptsd under control. People can't run out of their mental health meds, they just can't suddenly stop and expect anything good to happen. Their poor service and terrible pharmacy is going to be the reason someone dies relying on them one day. The poor woman behind me had to have her husband and daughter come inside and help hold her up it was taking so long. There are many things they could do to expedite the process for the folks stuck waiting in that situation. Even if your staff can't supposedly handle the influx due to other pharmacies, It wouldn't cost much to install some type of system where you pull a number and can wait while seated for the hour or longer it takes. It wouldn't be hard to tell customers that the pharmacy is prescriptions only and if they want other items they need to go to the front registers. Don't let Betty get 17 boxes of Kleenex, 22 cans of cat food and vitamins on top of her blood thinners while 25 other people behind her just need their meds and are delayed even more. Maybe refrain from letting one customer call her medical provider and wait on hold from the register at the same time Betty is checking out at the other, tying everyone else up even more while she figures things out. Ask her to kindly step to the side and wait on hold there, tell her whenever she figures it out you'll let her come back in to the line, in the time it took this situation to resolve, they could have moved 2-3 more people through the line. Bottom line, if you need and rely on your meds for life, don't come here. There's some serious issues with their structure and how they utilize their staff, they had at least 7 people back there this evening which is way more than most pharmacies. Also don't expect Express Pay to help you get your meds any faster, maybe the few mins of swiping your card but that's it. read more

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this pharmacy. First they couldn't find my insurance and i called later on and they magically have it in the system. Second they didn't have my perscription in stock and i didnt find out until i came to pick it up,no call nothing. I really hope they get their act together. read more

I went in to get a passport photo and 2 employees helped me right away. They were super friendly. They told me it would be about 20 minutes before my photo would be ready. At the 20 minute mark I got a call and the photo was of great quality. The employees both wore their masks appropriately. Thank you! read more

The Walgreens pharmacy on 104th and chambers can't seem to get their shit together. I have been coming into the pharmacy for years and in the past year this pharmacy seems to be understaffed, closes early doesn't have prescriptions ready. I have been waiting in line for almost 45 min. I understands that they can't help the staffing issues if people are sick but this has been an on going problem. I'm going somewhere else to get my prescription I can't deal with this. Good Luck if you need to pick up a prescription quickly! read more

Two months in a row I brought my prescriptions here to be filled. On both occasions they checked to make sure they had enough inventory to fill my order and on bith occasions said they did and it would take 30 mins to fill. 20 mins later I received an automated message stating my order was delayed. Last month it was only 1 day but this time it was going to take 3 days, which meant 2 days without meds. Had to go all the back and pick up script and take it to get filled elsewhere. I recommend going to a different pharmarcy. read more

This used to be a gem of a store. However, there has been a change of management and it has gone dramatically downhill. The pharmacy is a mess. Today, there were at least 8 people working but only one struggling clerk assisting customers. No one seemed to have any desire to assist customers. The store is very dirty. The floor needs a serious cleaning! The shelves need to be stocked and the staff needs to display a bit of care to the customers. I have changed my prescriptions to another store and hopefully, will not have a need to go back this location. read more

Had my doc call in three prescriptions and they said they would be ready at 5:40 that day. It's 8am the following day. My meds are ready and nobody bothered calling me to pick them up. Do not recommend based on no communication. Upon getting my meds I asked why nobody reached out to let me know they were ready and the lady told me I had to enroll in texts. She said they don't call anyone cuz that would take forever- ITS AUTOMATED!! I'm confident she is mistaken as my wife gets phone calls from this location all the time and no texts.
