this is absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy ever!!!! first they tell you they don't have your prescription, then you have your doctors office call up here and call in the prescription in case it did not go through electronically, after your doctors office has called up here and you call on the status they tell you they don't have it. After raising hell they then miraculously find your prescription. I asked how long they tell me an hour and a half. I go home which is like 15 minutes from here and as soon as I walk in the door they're calling me telling me my prescription is ready. I drive back up here and have to sit for over 30 minutes in the drive-through. All of this being done right after having surgery! they truly need to be retrained or go back through orientation read more

This pharmacy as a whole is okay. My insurance requires it so I come here. I have had several issues during the day but one time it was late and I called. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mike. Mike is the overnight pharmacist and he is FANTASTIC! He will not put you on hold, he will not end your call until he takes care of your problem. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. I purposely call when he is there if I need anything handled because he is such a joy to deal with. Whatever they are paying him, it's is not enough. Being a kind human is something that is taught and his parents did something right! He has made a Walgreens pharmacy customer out of me! This one is the worst of the Walgreens in this area as far as the pharmacy goes. It's always understaffed. 4:30 to 6:00 rush hour (you know when people get off work?) and they have one person working the counter. Hilariously pathetic. You can drive to the one at 242 on College Park and pick it up faster. Not sure what the deal is, but their people don't seem very trained because they struggle with the equipment/register with every person. The one in Willis and in The Woodlands just roll people through. Be prepared to stand in line an hour just to pick something up. read more

I read the reviews before going to this Walgreens, but it's the closest one to my house. The pharmacy line was long, and only one person was working at the cash register. However, when it was our turn (about a 10 minute wait), the staff was kind and helpful. Being treated with respect and assisted without any mistakes changed my mind about being agitated over the slow service. Therefore, I will definitely use this pharmacy again. read more

I was extremely disappointed with the service of this Walgreens. I chose this location because of its 24 hour capability. It would be faster going to another location or cvs that IS NOT open that long. Literally have one person working the pharmacy in the evening on a Monday. Pharmacy employees are very slow and don't care to see people waiting in line for a long period of time, other employees walk by and don't offer to help, expect 30 minutes or more waiting if there's a person in front of you. read more

Sorry that I had to post one star to leave the comment, it should really be zero stars. Pharmacy refused to fill a valid prescription because it was normally filled at another Walgreens in the area. They have an internet connection to verify it was not a duplicate. When asked why they would not fill it, I was told "I don't feel comfortable doing it". No problem in the future, I won't be back. read more

This Walgreens has the worst customer service in the pharmacy department. Every time I have been here, I have waited for at least 20 minutes and the pharmacy techs and pharmacists act so put out that they have to assist me. Its a Sun nite and this was the closest pharmacies open. I Dropped off 3 prescriptions. Was told they would be ready in 30 minutes. It took 45 min before I was waited on and told that 2 of the 3 were ready but 1 had to be verified from the Dr. the next day. Told the tech the scripts were from a 24 hour clinic and plz call now. 30 minutes later I was told they were working on filling all 3 of my scripts. Another 15 minutes later I was told they were just starting to work on entering my scripts onto their system. Worst service ever!!! read more

I would recommend you NOT going to this location. We are constantly having problems. The only reason I've stuck with them so long is because of the convenient location to my job. The last straw was when I was overcharged for my prescription and they refused to refund me the difference. It was an error on their end. I had my discount card on file and it was kicked back saying it was expired. I showed them my card showing that it was NOT expired but they still would not refund me the difference.
