If you don't like the crowds, I would avoid the weekends. Sephora offers sampling, especially when it comes to shade matching or skin care.. those samples is to see if your skin has a reaction. Most of Sephora staff are well trained in the brands. Sometimes it can get overwhelming in the store and everyone is always asking if you need help so I guess that's a good thing... they have their eyes on you!

Before I start I was emailed to attend the sips and ghoul's event on 10/24 that I RSVP'd for with the promise of 20% off, sips and treats which based on that invitation it's a dead giveaway that I am a loyal Kendra Scott customer and fan of our very own Klein, TX alumni. The store was neatly organized and initially the young man in the front notified us of the sale and what was excluded but as we walked in as I was on a mission to find a piece it seems like the employee was so bothered. I came in specifically to find a piece of jewelry that my daughter requested for her birthday and obviously spend some money. I am sorry but I have pricier, higher end pieces with genuine diamonds and I still HUMBLE myself to respect everyone in the store no matter what they wear, it wasn't until we decided to go with what looked to us the youngest employee there that managed to provide us with the best service that this store can offer. The young lady was patient and assisted me in just making a bracelet for my daughter that matches her necklace, she seemed like the only soul that was happy in this location so I was more than happy with my purchase WITH HER! Once I went to the register another associate assisted us with such mid-level customer service, I couldn't wait to leave and that is when we noticed the tiny table of mini cupcakes and chocolate covered pretzel sticks no sips! This would be a every different review if I has not experienced other unfortunate, less-than satisfactory service but it seems like this is the norm here. I think I will stick to online shopping, saves me from dealing with the staff here. Perhaps City- Center would be a better choice.

This enables me to check "store availability" to see if items are in stock at a particular location. I have recently realized that an item will show a sale price on the website but when checking out in the store, the sale price is not automatically given. You will only receive the sale price if you show the clerk the website. The first time I noticed this, I returned to the store and was refunded $30. The second time, I was refunded $138! I was given lots of reasons/excuses as to why but, overall, it seems like a shady way to do business. Also, last night I specifically asked if any of the items were on sale or going on sale in the next week or two and I was told no. This morning when I returned to the store, there many BOGO 50% signs which included the items I had purchases the night before. If you choose to shop here, always check online prices!

I even showed them the email saying it was at their location. The two older ladies, one with a strong accent were not helpful and not at all customer friendly. I strongly recommend everyone stop going to this store until the manager hires better employees. Wasted my lunch break and then I had to contact customer service for a refund. That is a joke as well. No way to talk to someone. Has to be a chat, email or text only. That wasted enough of my time that I had to take PTO time from work just to deal with it. Then they refused to refund the whole order and that I would have to go through this whole ordeal again when the rest of the order was shipped to the store.

It is in a convenient location (between a Target...well actually a branch sheriff office...and TJ Maxx in the same strip center as a Ross Dress for Less, Office Max, RadioShack and Petsmart. The selection was as expected and my wife actually found two pair of shoes on this trip......surprise, surprise, surprise.......... I did not need any shoes and was just tagging along.....actually, after a while of looking bored, she sent me to Target for some milk.....of course, I came out with some ice cream too.
