Sam, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and is willing to assist customers to find the perfect product to meet their needs. He spent lots of time listening and educating me on the products that were best suited to meet the needs of my fur kids. He was dead on with his suggestions. We have already been back a few times and are thrilled that he is willing to ship what I need if I don't want to make the trek. He also has a website now so you can order online and have the products shipped. I do think it's worth the drive to see what the store has to offer though. I think I must be allergic to candles and strong scents. Barbie likes them so she usually pops in while I wait outside.
