I have been to Walgreens Pharmacy many times to pick up my medications. The pharmacists provide very good service and are friendly. The store inside looks clean and well organized. One great thing is that they also offer a FedEx drop-off service. I have returned packages there 2-3 times, and it is very convenient. read more

I came here for the first time because a prescription of mine was accidentally sent here instead of my usual Walgreens pharmacy. I will say the parking lot is a little weird as you have to enter by the car wash, which has a ton of traffic, but other than that once you get to the actual Walgreens there's plenty of parking and the layout makes sense logistically. I picked up my prescription via drive thru and while there was only 2 cars in front of me it took a while to move them. Even when it was my turn, they kept telling me we'll be right with you. I know pharmacies are always super busy and understaffed so I was patient. The woman that helped me was very kind, and even helped me find a coupon to help lower my medication costs. read more

This Walgreens is the living embodiment of "good to great to gone." Good: The prescriptions actually go through the insurance. Hooray. A miracle. Cue the trumpets. For a brief second you think, maybe this place isn't so bad. Great: You grab your meds, you think you're out the door, you're practically in a commercial with smiling families and soft lighting. Gone: You step toward the Labcorp side and instantly regret every decision that's led you to this moment. Suddenly you're trapped in a DMV cosplay powered by Windows XP. This place is running on technology so outdated, I half expected the clerk to pull out an AOL trial CD. It's 2025, but inside Walgreens on Wiles, it's still Y2K panic. The machines groan, the printers screech, and the staff act like scanning a driver's license is rocket science. I swear I saw one of their terminals still use dial-up. The service? Imagine molasses moving uphill in January. Faster. They treat every simple request like you're asking them to solve cold fusion. You'll see your number called three ice ages later, and when you finally sit down, you're greeted with all the warmth of a tax audit. The irony? Walgreens can beam your prescriptions to Mars, but Labcorp here can't process a blood test without making you feel like you're in a Kafka novel. Why does it feel like I'm donating blood to Dracula in a strip mall? A comedy of errors. This Walgreens is less pharmacy, more museum exhibit of "how things used to work in the 2000s." read more

Terrible pharmacy! If you have a prescription, they will say "ready some time in the more or ready some time in the afternoon" never a direct time. Never any professionalism or sincerity. I came here 4 months ago to pick up a prescription that was on delay! No one ever followed up with me! I kept calling for weeks, and still, "delay". I was prescribed this medication again and what do you know, same thing! "It should be ready in the afternoon, I don't know when". Every-time I come here, the pharmacist act like I'm bothering them meanwhile I'm sick and kindly trying to get my medication. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!! Not really sure why this location is still open. I've noticed now that tons of people are having difficulties with this location. read more

I moved here march 2024 since then everyday my daughter walks to walgreens to buy my cigarettes and cigars they have seen her ID well over 400 times. 7yrs ago she sustained a rather serious head injury since then she forgets and loses things. Her ID again was lost and now must wait till April for her appointment with the DMV. So now she carries her old ID. Today When she walked to walgreens # 01116 to make the purchase like she has everyday since I moved here she was denied. First off we don't want our IDs scanned we have a right to privacy it is not a necessary especially when purchasing cigarets and cigar just the persons DOB. The FDA FL and Fed requires stores to verify the age of anyone under 30 my daughter is 47 and she looks it. This mandatory no ID no cigarettes is a store policy. The manager can certainly accommodate a customer who they have seen and ID over 400xs everyday for over a year. She had an old ID expired 2yrs with her but the manager Jennifer W store number 01116 refused. this is beyond ridiculous. Common sense is a virtue I would think a women who was hired to manage a walgreens would practice it. It is not unlawful and in no way places any kind of inconvenience on the store itself but greatly caused us a great deal of inconvenience. She had to walk to another store and pay more money. I would expect Walgreens to accommodate an everyday customer. Not only do We buy our smokes but many other things. I mean really it's ridiculous yes the ID was expired 2yrs but they have seen the one not expired many times she is clearly nearly 50yrs and comes in everyday usually with her PSD. The cashier has seen her ID but refused due to store policy and the manager whom we have not seen before denied her the sale in spite of the facts. We had this problem with walgreens where I lived before it was very brief I had to contact corporate plus with a common sense store manager issues solved. It was very nice to walk into my local store and be recognized to know everyone and them to know you. Basically this is how it's been going at this store till today. Now I am blind and elderly I can not go up to this store so my daughter goes she is also now disabled she can not drive so we are limited to our shopping this Walgreens is an everyday place there is no reason to not accommodate us. read more

I got an email 2 weeks ago from Walgreen's saying it's time for a Booster. I had a easy time scheduling it online for today 8/17/2022, made sure to "pack" Health card in pocketbook, and planned today around it even turning down lucrative work. Arrived early at pharmacy and no one was behind the counter. After a few minutes at their pharmacy counter I heard a Female voice holler in my direction "be with you in a minute." Brian the pharmacist appeared and asked "are you picking up?" I told him I had "an appointment" so not picking up anything. After giving my name to Brian it seemed unclear whether my name was on their appointment list. He wanted to see my health/vaccine card at that point then he said he did not think the drug brand required another booster (at all). He went off to the side out of view and checked. He came back and said no. Then he started saying something about "Jantzen" which I know is J & J and that that's why I don't need a booster because Jantzen only requires 1. Well, that was a long time ago and while "J & J" was supposed to be "one & done" I am aware it, too, required booster followup. I suggested a Pfizer booster for myself today at which point he said "it's not time." I said "Walgreen's contacted me 2 weeks ago saying it WAS time ..." He insists "no." I find it bizarre I was first here told I don't need booster 'cause I had Jantzen which I know is untrue/false to ultimately being told it's "not time (yet)." My final question was "When?" That is, "when will it be time?" He did not know the answer to that. Thanks for this time waster Walgreen's. I will have to stay tuned to this saga. read more

I've had many unpleasant visits here and have also reached out to the manager in regards to their customer service, but nothing seems to improve. Unfortunately today, I dealt with yet another unpleasant interaction with an employee at this particular location. I placed an online photo order and picked it up a couple of days ago. I realized when I came home that what she charged me in store was more than what was stated on my online receipt. I tried to return on the same day to have it corrected, but the line was too long. When I returned today, 2 days later, I was talked down by a lady named Rubina, and she kept telling me I didn't understand her, and a bunch of other nonsense. She basically was saying I'm a liar in so many words and said she had to "review the cameras". I told her ok that's fine. Then she proceeded to say the manager wasn't there and she can't do anything about it. What? I'm confused. So why are we arguing back and forth if you can't do anything????? read more

I love, love, love my neighborhood Walgreens. It's so much more convenient to drive here and pick up my cosmetic and personal needs than to drive to Wal Mart or target further out. The staff here specifically is pretty great and always recognizes me and give me a warm welcome. I love feeling like I'm known and welcome. The photo services are my favorite here over anywhere else and I love the Walgreens rewards program. Because I shop often, I get a lot of great deals. read more

Very nice and neat Walgreens in the corner of Royal Palm Blvd and Coral Springs Dr. I always end up coming here to look for diet Mountain Dew. it is my favorite soda flavor in this is only Walgreens in my area that seems to carry it. Also because my son works at Walgreens and I used to work as a manager once upon a time. I can tell you that this is the only store I have seen that is caught up with their resets (this is when they re-do an entire section to add/discontinued items) meaning they are doing their job on time!! Good for them, but bad for those bargain hunters (like me) who are looking for clearance items. The people here are also very nice. if this wasn't a little far for me, this would definitely be my Walgreens of choice read more

0 Stars, They do not honor Covid-19 Vaccine Appointments. As I was leaving my house to go to my appointment the store called me to tell me that they've ran out of vaccines and to come another time. I was told I can come the next day at the same time. I show up 15 minutes early to find a line which I wait through and get to the front of the line after 20 minutes to just have the Walgreen associates take people with prescriptions ahead of me in the "Covid-19 Vaccine Check In" window. I guess prescriptons mean more to them then vaccinating the public during a pandemic. If or when I get a vaccine it will not be at this store. read more

She was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. And even went beyond good customer service and got me airborne so I didn't have to go inside the Walgreens. Absolutely judgmental and difficult pharmacist. The female pharmacist is great but the male pharmacist denies prescription from Doctors he doesn't like. I'm extremely disappointed by the actions of this man and will never use that pharmacy or store again. He should be terminated immediately. read more

Not the first time waiting in the drive thru over 15 minutes but sitting in my car and watching the manager give his back without acknowledging my presence not once after ringing the bell takes the cake. When he finally came to the window after over the 15 minutes his answer for my complaint on a product that was missing medication was that a Manager would reach out to me!!! 4 days later not one phone call. My next call is to the pharmaceutical company to file a formal complaint. read more

Went into the store to purchase some Melissa & Doug items that were on clearance to donate to the local children's hospital. All items were supposed to be 90% off, when the manager was called over she told me "no. And we can't do price adjustments" when I asked why they could not price adjust as I had a receipt for another location showing the items were on sale the manager said nothing and walked away. She was incredibly rude. I understand procedure and if they cannot do a price adjustment but to literally walk away from a customer in the middle of a conversation is poor customer service and very rude. I stopped going to this store. This store has terrible assistant managers, some of the regular employees are rude, and the (male) pharmacy manager has an attitude. They treat people (customers) very bad at this store. I started taking my business to CVS as a result. Walgreens as a company generally only cares about their profit, not about people. read more

Usually the staff here is very good- pleasant, accommodating. This morning I dealt with a very unpleasant staff member in the pharmacy drive through. . I had to get out of the car to get my purse which had moved out of my reach. She looked at me rolling her eyes then proceeded to start doing paper work. When she finally picked up the phone I asked for the prescription - it's not here . I informed her I spoke to the pharmacy the day before to place the order and was told it was there. "Well nothings here". You can pick it up in a couple of hours. I told her I was sorry for disturbing her. Very nasty and unprofessional. read more

This pharmacy has gone down hill. The staff used to care about their customers. Now you're just a number. Placed a refill order online over two weeks ago. Every time I checked ur said reviewing insurance. Finally I called to find out what's wrong. I need a prior authorization for a medication I've been on 8 years. Can I give the pharmacy a zero. I have never come in here and not had to wait for something that I have had to pre order. Why would they only have one pharmacists and one tech. This place would do so much better if they would staff according to their needs. It's amazing they don't make tons of mistakes with meds. Phones always ringing, wait times for new RXs is ridiculous and some (not all) of the staff have attitudes. My company has contracted with Walgreens but I may just pay a little more at CVS just not to deal with this. So frustrated. read more

I had a picture blown up and printed out for my mom's funeral but there was a blemish on it. I didn't realized when I picked it up and only realized when I went to put the picture in the frame before the funeral. I had to run to the closest Walgreens and have them reprint the picture. I was so fortunate to find Herns here at the royal palm store off coral springs drive. He was so compassionate and more then understanding he jumped right into action and had re-printed the picture I wanted and even added another picture for me at no charge. When I told him I wanted to do something for him he asked that I call in a survey but, not for him for the girl who rang up a drink I had bought. I find that very selfless and it's not something you see everyday. This world would be a better place if there were more Herns in it. Thank you Walgreens, and Especially Thank you Herns. read more

I take a lot of medications and rely on my pharmacy to get things right. I have found the Walgreens app to be the worst designed and worst functioning app. It often doesn't place my order properly and doesn't notify me of problems. If the app knows there is a problem, why doesn't it notify someone to fix it? If you use Walgreens, don't use their app. read more
