At 7:01 an employee (she) walked through parking lot to front door to raise gate and begin opening store. At or before 7:03 I walk inside as first customer with store Muzak softly playing inside while she refuses to say "good morning" or otherwise greet me. Sadly, both restrooms, by pharmacy, were labeled "Out of Order" and were locked. I put almost $100 worth of merch in my cart and proceeded to checkout. Still only customer in store and approached Cashier/cash register. Again, she refused to greet me. As I placed my items on the counter she stated "when you're ready give your phone number." She also asked whether I had coupons. I DID end up giving my telephone number to her-scary- because despite logging into cvs app to "scan" the Bar Code to scan never "came up" until I was out in parking lot (and that is a common occurrence, for me, at this chain, lately). I paid the $93+ and she refused to thank me. At least a cashier was on duty here.

Suddenly, at the start of January 2026, they informed me they could no longer fill these due to an unexpected issue with DEA licensing/registration requirements. They claimed they only learned about it that day, with no prior warning whatsoever. This left me without critical daily medications, forcing me to scramble for a new pharmacy and have my doctor resend everything during the hectic new year period. The total lack of advance notice, communication, or any contingency plan showed a complete disregard for patient health and caused tremendous stress and danger. While regulations are important, better preparation and care for long-time patients could have prevented this. This experience has destroyed my trust--I'll be switching permanently and suggest others relying on daily essential prescriptions seek more reliable options.

To the guy behind photo counter... if you're not into providing customer service when there's clearly an issue at the main register and think ringing up a gift bag, ribbon, and card is too much to handle... maybe don't be in customer service... Just got a text message that said my prescription was ready so I went there and the guy demanded to see my phone to see the text message and I said there's no way I'm giving my phone to somebody through the drive-thru. I will just come back when they think it will be ready. He could not give me a time when it would be ready. There's always an issue. This place is running on technology so outdated, I half expected the clerk to pull out an AOL trial CD. It's 2025, but inside Walgreens on Wiles, it's still Y2K panic. The machines groan, the printers screech, and the staff act like scanning a driver's license is rocket science. I swear I saw one of their terminals still use dial-up. The service? Imagine molasses moving uphill in January. Faster. They treat every simple request like you're asking them to solve cold fusion. You'll see your number called three ice ages later, and when you finally sit down, you're greeted with all the warmth of a tax audit. The irony? Walgreens can beam your prescriptions to Mars, but Labcorp here can't process a blood test without making you feel like you're in a Kafka novel. The inside of the store is a little run down, and you can never find a worker for help when you need it, but staff is usually nice. Had a creepy cashier one time, but other than that I've had pretty decent experiences. I've also ordered photos and photo albums from the photo lab and it wasn't the best job ever, but wasn't terrible.

While I did have to walk around a bit to find what I needed, everything was clearly labeled. The grocery, produce, and refrigerated items are toward the back of the store, while snacks, clothes, and toys are more toward the middle. The aisles are stocked with household essentials and other non-perishable items. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. I picked up some fruit and salad platters for a lunch with friends, and everything was easy to find. They also have self-checkout, which I really appreciate! The parking lot is huge and there was plenty of parking. I did not notice a gas station at this location, although it could have been around the back and I just didn't see it. You do need a membership card to shop here. I got my membership at a discounted price, which is why I decided to check it out, and so far, I'm glad I did. I look forward to coming back!

Be ware though because they don't have tap to pay at the cafeteria though, that got me once. However, every time we go only the middle machine for fountain drinks works for Pepsi zero the other two are watered down. And while shopping there is fine the pick up takes an extra 20-30 mins even though it says our order is ready. One time we waited 45 mins for an order pick up that said our items were ready for. The staff was supportive to our needs but it looks like they are consistently understaffed for pick up. So we usually have to factor an extra 20-30 mins and come in at times when they are not busy to pick up our stuff but even then it can take some time.
