It may be a smaller Walgreens, but I love this store... the staff is so great! They truly care about customer service, and it shows! The pharmacy is almost always at least a little busy, but the personal care that you get absolutely makes up for it! read more

Truly unkind pharmacy-- the staff act as if you're interrupting them when you have questions. Mixup in meds, incorrect charges, being told items are out of stock when they are not. I'm going elsewhere now. Simply awful cust service. read more

Pharmacy has horrible service, horrible wait times. My doctor sent the prescription in while I was still at their office and I got there an hour later and they claimed they "just got it". I told them I was on my death bed and needed to wait for it vs coming back later. I was told it would be 30 minutes. I pulled over and waited 45 minutes, got back in line, waited through 5 other cars in front of me and when I pulled up they said it wasn't ready and would be another 20 minutes. When I asked why it was taking so much longer than I was told, the new person covering was SO rude and dismissive. She said "I don't know but you need to come inside you can't sit in line". While my 4-month-old is at home waiting on antibiotics, this place has picked up the phone twice and immediately placed me back on hold without even speaking to me. I called my child's doctor's office and they sent over the prescription to these very rude and inconsiderate people. This is the last time I will make the mistake of using this place. read more

Went to copy a couple of pictures from my trip. Might I add I've never used the scanner before so this was my first time ever. I was having trouble with the brightness so i printed out a about 4 pictures I just couldn't get right. The guy that was working the photo department at the time was very rude so disrespectful and unprofessional! He made rude comments rolling his eyes and all, his attitude was just ugly! he didn't have a name tag on so let me just say he was the only heavy guy with long hair that was on the floor. Never again will I shop here! I rather drive a couple more minutes up the road to cvs from now on. read more

They advertise quick and easy vaccines. For the second time in a row, with an appointment they were anything but quick and easy. First time I waited 45 mins past my appointment and today I gave up after 15th minutes as I had another appointment. There was no apologies or even recognition of their tardiness. Terrible customer service. That's the last visit I'll ever make to this store period In Corinth off Garrison. read more

I used to love going to Walgreens and getting deals. And I know what the Catalina machine is going to print. The same employee throws away my register rewards every time I'm there. I have confronted him and he reply's by "it's an ad" or "I'm not taking it out of the trash." Aren't they required to give you the Catalina print outs? Also the store employees refuse to move if they are talking amongst each other in an isle, roll their eyes when you ask what unmarked item costs and have even refused to price check it for me. Poor management and terribly miserable employees. read more

Great Walgreens, good service.

Would be nicer if the employees didn't constantly smoke in front of the building. Everytime I'm there (I live in the neighborhood behind) there is an employee smoking on the side of the building, the desiginated smoke area should be in the back away from sight. The inside front reaks of cigarettes too, not a place I want my 2 month old daughter to be around. read more

I had a question about and issue with injecting a medication. Pharmacist Nicole made a erroneous statement and when I tried to explain where she was wrong, she became irate. Then she set up a little experiment to show ME that I was wrong. Lo and behold, I was right. She made disparaging comments about me to a tech and the manager called up to the pharmacy looked like a deer in the headlights, powerless to address Nicole's unprofessional behavior. First off, I've used Walgreens to fill prescriptions For as long as I can remember. I go to this location often because it's 5 min from my house and on my way to work. I'd have to say the pharmacy staff at this location is the rudest of any I have ever experienced. I've been checked out by several different people and it's always the same. Rude and disheveled as if they hate their job and their customers. It's very unfortunate considering I am in the service industries myself. I would never treat my customers the way they do. I am going to start taking my prescriptions to the location by my work and hopefully they are a little more happy there. read more

Worst pharmacy ever! Slow in drive thru and in walk up and they have made mistakes and the pharmacist is disrespectful. She would not transfer my prescriptions after I complained about the wait. Worst pharmacy ever. Urgent Care sent a Rx here, I immediately went to get it; they said it would be about an hour and a half. I gave the girl my insurance card, she input all the information. Since I am sick and have a baby, I asked my husband to go pick it up. 3 hours later he goes to pick it up after work and they have me send a picture of my insurance card again, as something seems to be wrong. 30 minutes later... They tell him they don't have a contract with my insurance and can't fill the Rx. Instead, they'll have to send it to Walmart. He goes to Walmart, they try communicating with Walgreens, no one picks up after numerous attempts. Long story short, it's been almost an hour and a half and my husband is still waiting. Take your Rx refills somewhere, anywhere else. The store manager had no excuse except they messed up in not calling me sooner to let me know they couldn't refill it. Pretty unacceptable for a pharmacy. Thanks for nothing, Walgreens! read more

Slowest service for a pharmacy that I have experienced. If there was a CVS or a mom and pop nearby, I wouldn't be a customer of this location. As an example of the service, I was dropping off a prescription in the drive thru and was the only person waiting. Ten minutes later I was still waiting. I understand that they are perhaps busy, but they should hire another clerk so that the wait times are shortened and they can get more done. read more

They offer auto refills and in 3 1/2 years, they have yet to be get it right. They seem to get the non life threatening refills right sometimes but prescriptions that my life relies on, I am constantly running out of & have to call them. I've been provided every possible excuse and after 3 1/2 years, I still have to call every month. Don't provide a service you are incapable of providing!! read more

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. I just moved to the area so I transferred my prescriptions here. When I went to pick up my prescription they only had one of three and tried to charge me the entire price. I told them I would wait until they had all three in stock but when I went to pick it up again, they hadn't filled it. When I had them fill it it took me a bit to get back to pick it up and they called to let me know that it was on the shelf. When I got there to pick it up it was no longer on the shelf because they had put it back. I will be transferring my prescriptions BACK to CVS. read more

Awful pharmacy...just the worst service. Expect to wait long time every time u drop off or pick up. I've used them 4x now..always the same slow rude service. Never thought I would say this, but Walmart pharmacy is much better. Bye Walgreens!! read more
