Went to the Niles CVS today for a bad cold that I needed some urgent relief from. I didn't have an…read moreappt time, unfortunately, but needed to see someone since I only had lunchtime to go and my cough was making me and my co-workers miserable. :). Kelly rearranged things and was very helpful and got me in to see Jessica, the nurse practitioner. Jessica was very patient and nice and not only listened but was relatable. She prescribed me much needed relief and also came out and helped me pick out the over the counter medicine I needed. Would highly recommend.

Any time I walk up to the register they don't even say hello, they just ring up my stuff and the only thing they tell me is my total, they don't even smile. Today I went in with a small order, the woman who was just on the register as I walked in was standing by. I walk up to get in line and she tells me "he'll be right with you" as she's standing there, then walks away to the back as whoever she was referring to didn't come up to help me for at least 10 minutes. Honestly the worst group of workers I've ever seen and frankly I'm not gonna go back. PSA to all the workers if you all really hate your jobs as much as you act like you do then quit, because nobody wants to deal with your poor attitudes anyways.

I drove 25 miles got in line only for them to close when it was my turn after waiting in line. So I had to sit 30 minutes waiting because they had to close the whole pharmacy down for lunch Not convenient at all, so I decided to use another pharmacy, and that will solve that problem. P.s. There are plenty of other pharmacies that do not close down for lunch.

This was my first time here and was blown away with everything that they offer - it is like they took a Target and shrunk it down! The ones working in the pharmacy itself were super busy, but still very nice and friendly. Jessica is the pharmacist that we talked to and although she was busy, she took time to listen without making us feel like we were a bother. And she was friendly to boot! They have fresh fruit and veggies and they looked fresh and in good condition. They have a deli - they have a large frozen foods section - they have clothing, bakeware, groceries... I even bought some cute oven-proof bowls to make french onion soup in! And you would think that the prices would be way high, but although a few things were a little higher, the majority of the products were priced pretty much what you would pay at Giant Eagle or Target. Anyway, I did not expect to find all of this, along with great customer service in a drug store! Who knew? Well now we all do!

They have a really nice deli with a large selection of meats, cheeses and salads. Some grab n go sandwiches and snacks are available at the deli and at the front of the store as well. They have a decent sized fresh produce kiosk, dairy, frozen and huge beer and wine section. It is indeed a one stop shop. They DO save you the run around, as their famous jingle indicates. The thing that I love most about Drug Mart is that they carry a lot of items that no one else does. Even right down to a local made almond milk. Love that! They have aisles and aisles of just about anything you could need at competitive prices. I've found some more hard to find cosmetics and hair products there, too. And did I mention that their cosmetics department is huge? My only complaint is that I wish they carried more lines of cruelty free products, but they're progressing. So, overall, I'm thrilled that there's a location so close to home now and it's not another CVS or Walgreen's. If you're in the area, check it out!

They do NOT take Medicare. I did pay it as I wanted to make sure I did not have Covid. It's terrible that they won't take Medicare. The staff was nice it's not their fault. I am not from Jamestown I come out every weekend for camping. I would NOT recommend you get a Covid test here.
